Tenderer should produce PWD Contractor Class-1 & PWD Class-2 certificate.

GST, PAN applicable for all works in the tender

The Tenderer should have Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as all classes of civil engineering construction & fabrication work of value usually not less than 50% or 80% work estimate. a.Mandating satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least one similar work to an extent of 50% of the cost of the work, for all works costing up to and Rs. 100 lakhs. b.Mandating satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least one similar work to an extent of 80% of the cost of the work, for all works costing more than Rs. 100 lakhs. c.Executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work: 1.Cement concrete (including RCC and PSC) 80 % of the quantity in cum2.Earthwork in both excavation and embankment (combined quantities) 80 % of the quantity in cum 3.Used 52 Kg Rails 80 % of the quantity in Tonne(usually, 80% of the peak annual rate of construction)

Tenderer should produce Forest Contract Registration Certificate of Cauvery Wildlife Division, Kollegal office for the year 2025-26/any other division for the year 2025-26

Audit balance sheet for last Five financial years (i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25) with copies of Income Tax returns statement filed.

Achieved at least in two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs (usually double the work estimate cost)

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities (Usually 30% of the amount of Contract) for work costing and (Letter of Credit/ Certificates from Banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc.
