Granular Sub-Base With Coarse Graded Material(Table:400-1) (A):-Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface , mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC, and compacting with smoot wheel roller to achieve the desired density , complete as per Technical specification Clause 401. (2) WBM Grading 2:-Providing ,laying, spreading and compacting stone aggrigates of specific size to water bound macadom specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing , rolling with vibratory roller or static roller 8-10 tonnes in stages proper grade and camber , applying and brooming requiste type of screening /binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggrigate , watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause-405. Prime Coat: (I) Low Porosity:-Providing and applying prime coat with Bitument Emulsion (CSS-1) on prepared surface of Granular base/WBM/WMM including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 - 1.00 Kg/Sqm as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat:(ii) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitument emulsion (CRS-1)using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.25 Kg/ Sqm.on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical specification Clause 503.
