Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) in repair/ replacement of old PCC Poles including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide complete all as specified. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for laying of cable etc. complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 03 above but depth exc. 1.50m and not exc 3.0m complete all as specified.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc.1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foudation,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/ coping including necessary formwork, fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply, install, test and commissioning in repair/ replacement of factory made THERMOPLASTIC/HDPE CABLE JUNCTION BOXES IP 66/67 “weather proof”, with terminals for outdoor installation (with knockouts for cable entry) of size 280 x 170 x 105 mm depth each, with flat iron clamps of size 30 x 6mm, nuts and bolts with MCB SP 6 Amp-01 complete all as specified.
