Earth work in bulk excavation by manual/mechanical means in trenches/foundations including refilling the earth as required & disposal of surplus earth within/outside the University Campus as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 grade crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal sizes) in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work complete.

Providing M.S. foot rests including fixing in manholes with 20 x 20 x 10 cm cement concrete blocks 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per standard design :With 20x20 mm square bar

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including the cost of centenng. shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- All work upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). (For construction of RCC Sump Tank).

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermomechanically treated bars.

12mm Cement plaster 1 : 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non-modualar) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth & in superstructure in Cement mortar 1 :6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.
