Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air-cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V - 280V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 4.0 KVA 4800 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Copper tube, 9 mm & 6 mm dia, superior quality suitable for suction/discharge lines of split ACs of any make and capacity drawn trough pipes / fixed to walls / laid on floor or roof complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6.0 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dia nonmetallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as required alongwith one run of 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continues earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on complete all as specified and directed. (Note : 2 runs of 6 sqmm cable, 1 run of 4 sqmm single core copper cable and 1 run of non metalic PVC conduit shall be measured as single run).

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, two single core cable flat or circular of size 6 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Air cooled ductable type Packaged air-conditioning units complete with Hermetically sealed Scroll compressors fitted inside the indoor unit & first charge of refrigerant R410A or equivalent permitted green refrigerant & oil, air cooled condenser, fan section with statically/dynamically balanced centrifugal blower driven by a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) squirrel cage three speed motor, Multi rows cooling coil of copper with aluminium fins etc. The enclosures shall be fabricated of M.S. The Package unit shall be equipped with synthetic fiber filter, insulated drain pan, controls all encased in a unit. The casing shall be factory powder coated. Electrical panel board for Package units shall comprise of control and power panel with including all associries i/c Voltage scanner, overload, low voltage, high voltage & phase imbalance protection, along with VI Pads complete with all ancillaries including MS painted stand for Outdoor units of suitable size, foundation and allied minor. Civil works as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge of following ratings including electric control panel & fitting as per CPWD specifications and as per IS: 8148 complete as required invertor 11 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode,60x60cmx 6.3mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip of 25x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point including excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in chamber, pre cast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM jali (weight not less than 4.0 kg/Sqm) with PCC frame, funnel, with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 40mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.
