Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light ,fan,socket or power) complete fixture and fittings such as switches ,ceiling rose, regulators,sockets etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separatly) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors etc.

M & L for modular point wiring with 1.5sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated FRLS and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC rigid concealed conduit on brick/stone wall of suitable size not less than 1.8 mm thick (ISI marked) with all accessories including suitable modular plate (Inner + outer) and sunken boxes of suitable sizes including 1.5 sqmm PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor multistranded cable for continuous earth conductor connected to common earth dolly, including taking down of existing point witing complete all as specified & directed for the following :- Note : (i) Proper colour coding is to be followed as per IS Specification. (ii) Cutting chases for point wiring concealed PVC rigid conduit shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item.

Supply and fix in replacement of Tube light fitting box type suitable for LED 18W/20W tube Rod with decorative colour and cap made out of CRCA sheet powder coated complete with hosing with all accessories pre wired and making connection with three core copper flexible cable of size 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to PVC connection to light fitting including 18/20W LED tube rod 4 feet long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix frame for fixing of LED tube rod of CRCA body suitable for 18/20 W LED tube ,high efficient ,AC 220-240 volts ,50Hz and connecting with copper conductor flexible cable of size .50 sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of the light including disconnecting and taking down old existing light fitting of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.(Tube rod shall be measured and paid for separately). Supply and fix LED batten fitting 10w with engineering plastic housing mounted on wall/surface connecting with all required accessories like square box for mounting on wall, flexible cable from ceiling rose etc as directed and specified by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviciable Sheet metal enclousre for DBs double door single pole and neutral with 200 amps rated bus bar of 8- way, 240 volts complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB Triple pole and nuetral 63 Amps, 240 volts, 50 Hz Make: Havells/Schinder, Legrand incl replacement of old u/s MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB single pole and nuetral 6 to 40 Amps, 240 volts complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB single pole 6 to 32Amps, 240 volts all as spd and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with 6.0 sqmm copper conductor cable multistrand, FRLSH PVC sheathed two run (as phase and neutral) and run 6.0 Sqmm multistrand FRLSH PVC sheathed copper conductor cable for earth continuity in drawn in PVC conduit /PVC casing caping wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(Note:-the rate for concealed type point wiring shall deemed to include the cost of cutting,chasing in wall by using electric cutter and making good the disturbed surface of wall by providing cement plasterand matching the surface by white wash/colour wash all as per existing finishes complete).

M & L for sub main wiring with 4.0 sqmm copper conductor cable multistrand, FRLSH PVC sheathed two run (as phase and neutral) and run 4.0 Sqmm multistrand FRLSH PVC sheathed copper conductor cable for earth continuity in drawn in existing PVC conduit/PVC casing caping wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(Note:-the rate for concealed type point wiring shall deemed to include the cost of cutting,chasing in wall by using electric cutter and making good the disturbed surface of wall by providing cement plasterand matching the surface by white wash/colour wash all as per existing finishes complete).

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 meter apart including 4 mm suspensions wire ,one twin core cable flate or circular 6 sqmm all as specified and directed .

Ditto item no-36, but 2 core 10 sqmm.

Supply and fixing in replacement lamp holder PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate for batten/angle fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Decorative wall light fitting with LED BULB 1x 09/10 Watt make Havells cat part No LHLDDDEAIA5R010 and decorative light cat part No LHFOAJE1TN1I060 or equivalent of Philips/Bajaj or CG.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC, White recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and direcred.

M&L in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 X 60 cm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level,connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I and testing on completion inclduing excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, with CI cover,funnel with wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade and lugs complete all as specified and directed with earth resistance not more than 1.0 OHMS. Note- In case earth resistance more than 1.0 ohms, the contractor wiil re earthing at no extra cost.
