Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick ( Below or above ground) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but excluding backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including 50 mm thick PCC sub base in cement mortar(1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular )area of each tiles not exceeding 0.38 Sqm on vertical surfaces as skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed light coloured/printed ceramic tiles 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm/300x200mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Dora stone tiles 300mmX300mmX10mm to 15mm thick, set jointed and pointing in neat cement slurry in floor over and including 75 mm thick PCC sub base in (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) and screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) each not exceeding 1.50 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description area exc 1 sqm but n exc 2 Sqm each including builders hardware and refixing the same in the same opening after floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 100 mm size stainless steel butt hinges, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side/top hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.) hinge type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) including 5 mm thick float tinted glass complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fabrication of anodized aluminium curtain wall with frame of section 63.5mm x 38.1mm x 1.50 mm thick partly panelled and partly glazed, centre to centre distance not more than 1M each panel with necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing snap beading, angle cleats, screws, including 6mm thick ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) sheet approved shade best quality on bottom panel and 5 mm thick float tinted glass on top panel including dismantling of old boarding complete all as specified and as directed.
