Taking down unserviceable security light from poles/ buildingsof any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable junction box / MCBs of any type and capacity complete all as directed by EIC.

Taking out / up underground unservicable cable of any size from existing trench including bricks, etc and removing of materials from work site all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft /loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables etc, getting out and forming bottom surface to required gradient complete.

Excavating in trenches exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 3 m depth and not less than 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables & foundation of poles , stay assembly and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Returning filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming to excavated soil in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

M&L for Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified.

Supply, laying riddled earth soil conformed IS-1255, cushioning to cables with a layer of riddle earth soil 15cm deep before laying the cable and 8 cm depth after laying of cable, complete all as specified.

M&L for Brick protection cover on cable with sub class 'B' brick, laid dry and flat adjacent to each other complete all as specified.

M & L for G.I. tubing light grade of size 40mm bore for protection of cables to be laid under roads, crossings/culverts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable steel tubular pole and Supply & fix steel tubular swaged poles Type 410SP-31(9.0 meter long) Swan Neck Type complete with CI base plate and finial and double swan neck, Including foundation and coping complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pole mounted junction box/bus bar chamber for loop connection of street light cable of size 295x195x100 mm with 63 amps aluminium busbar wrapped with PVC sleeves and maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with suitable clamps , GI nuts, bolts & washers for connections and mounted on hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends of busbar and suitable arrangement for fixing one no MCB complete all as specified and as directed. S&F MCB, Single pole, 6 amps, 240 volts, ‘C’ curve, 10 KA all complete as specified and as directed. (Make : Legrand/ HAVELLS/L&T/Siemens).

Supply and fixing 2.5 Sqmm 3 Core copper conductor cable LT 1100 volt grade Conforming to IS 7098 FRLS (inner sheet) from pole junction box to light fitting with suitable size copper cable lugs and connector all complete as specified and directed. Make : Plaza/ /Polycab/Havells.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type cubicle panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 V, 50 Hz and tested at CPRI for 415 volts factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication process powder coating in approved shared having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS : 8623/93 comprising. The outer shell shall be made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle section 40x40x6 mm base frame factory fabricated with front openable, double door system lockable/ open able. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having size with glands. The outer shell shall be mounted on stand having zine coating not less than 80 microns. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP - 54. Inner shell shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, TPN aluminum bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB.

The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleave. All control wires shall be with 2.5 sqmm multi strand copper conductor and shall be propely bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs of suitable length including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in foundation of suitable size (30 cm below ground level & 40 cm above ground level) including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe upto 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/ equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering funnel wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified.

Taking down ceiling fan any size, any make fixed / hanged in different location in Vayu Vihar, dismantling the fan complete cleaning and re-assembling the same including replacing the down rod with 10" long Anti suidcide down rods, split pins flexible copper cable of size 23/.0078 twin core 70 cm long and re fixing the ceiling fan on the same location in original position testing and commissioning of fan for smooth running as per entire satisfaction as directed.
