Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter’s (without taking off shutter’s from frame) exc 1.50 Sqm & nxc 4.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work just as doors, ventilators, and as in hold fast, ladders, Framed Guard bar etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted complete welded hinged and similar work Conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 including PCC 1:2:4 filling for hold fast and back filling in chowkat etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in railing tubular section or other section for railings and similar work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 30 mm thick factory made solid PVC (Wood plastic composite) moulded gauged door shutter with wire mesh in any number of division with brown wood grain texture, including S.S wire mesh shall be fixed with 15 x 15 Square tubes in is rails with screwing 8 x 28 mm heat metal zink coated screws can be remove or fix again after changing of wire mesh when needed. The density shall be as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30 mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 Kg/Cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Stainless steel butt hinges shall be paid separately.

Material and labour for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door frames/ Chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/Cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant including making good after complete all as speicifed and directed. Make : Rajshree or Ecocell equivalent

All as per item No above but of frame size 65 x 125 mm including all fittings making good after complete all as speicifed and directed. Make : Rajshree or Ecocell equivalent

Material & labour for box type steel window 1.25 mm thick made of ERW tube P-Section of size 60 x 25 mm double rebated outer frame comprise of glazed skeleton shutter(two gauged shutters and two glazed shutter) of ERW tube P-Section size 50 x 20 mm and 1mm thick one/two Nos openable leaf consisting of two Nos sash bar of T-Section 20x3mm welded to frame with one No Vertical mullion of ERW box type T-Section of size 60 x 25 mm and 1.25 mm thick and FI 2 mm thick welded / screwed to frame for fixing of glass including fittings and fixture like Handle, Tower Bolt, stopper, cleat, pintal hinges, hold fast etc. (a) Hold Fast, 150mm long of 120mm x 3 mm made to shape -04 Nos per window. (b) Handle of Z sec 20mm x 25mm, 100 mm long -1 No per leaf (c) MS Tower bolt 150mm long - 2 No per leaf (d) Z Sec 20mm x 25 mm, 100 mm long stopper - 1 No per leaf (e) Cleat 55 mm long of hollow square 15mm x 20mm x.63mm welded to hinge -1 No per leaf. (f) MS Pintal hinges of size 75mm x 12mm - 2 Nos per leaf (g) 12 mm square guard bar, 10 cm centre to centre. (h) 25x4 mm flat iron all around for joint of both frame. Material and Labour for Box type steel ventilator made of ERW tube P-section of size 60mmx25mm outer frame ( single rebated), comprises glazed shutter, frame of ERW tube and FI 2mm thick welded/screwed to frame for fixing of sheet glass including fixture and fittings like as Stopper, Cleat, Pintal hinges, holdfast etc all as shown on drg No CEJZ/TD1019/08 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 dt 01 May 2008 complete all as specified. (a)12mm Sq Guard bar 10Cm C/C Note:(i) Including taking down old steel window and making good dismantled portion with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 including hold fast PCC (four No’s for Each window) & around required plaster in CM 1:4 and match with existing finishing (ii) Wire cloth,Glass and Enamel Paint to measured separately in different item complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
