6 mm plaster on cement concrete or reinforced cement concrete work with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar of approved make as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment incl preparation of old surfaces, scrubing down, washing etc from walls by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sgm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqgm/kg of approved make

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75 mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2). 12 mm average thickness.

Providing and carrying out high-pressure jet washing to clean exterior wall surfaces (plastered/painted/stone/concrete/cladding) to remove dust, algae, mild efflorescence, atmospheric soot, and loose surface contaminants. Work includes mobilization, masking/protection of adjacent elements, application of approved biodegradable cleaning agent (if required), high-pressure water jetting, post-wash rinse, and site cleanup—complete as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Total Cost Including 3% and Add GST factor & Cost Index @ 3%

Polishing in high gloss/matt finish PU Polish of make: Asian Emporio, ICA, Sirca, Nerolac in required color/wooden shade texture with following process in the sequence as detailed below: 1. The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no. 2. Applying 1st coat PU exterior sealer with sprey gun and then rubbed with sand paper of 320/400 nos and wipe clean. 3. Applying 2nd coats of PU exterior sealer with spray gun and then rubbed with sand paper of 320/400 nos and wipe clean 4. Applying 1st coat of PU exterior of matt/glossy finish with sprey gun and then rubbed with sand paper of 320/400 nos and wipe clean 5. Applying 2nd coat of PU exterior of matt/glossy finish with spray gun. Note:-Allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat of sealer is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs. not exceeding 72 hours & allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat of PU exterior is allowed to dry for 12 to 14 hrs. not exceeding 72 hours. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade wood fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying floor coating/painting with approved exterior floor paint of make Asian, berger, dulux or equivalent required shade and finish, on existing floor surface, in two or more coats over properly prepared surface, including cleaning, scraping, rubbing, repair of minor surface defects, and all necessary surface preparation complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

cleaning of building external façade including ACP, Structure glazing and other related fittings & fixtures etc including required consumables like cleaning chemical, T&P , ladders and spider kit access system etc up to 35 metre height from ground level etc. complete as per direction of Engineer- in- charge.

Providing and applying extra for carrying out priming/painting work at heights exceeding 6.0 metre above nearest floor level, for every additional coat of priming/painting, including all labour, scaffolding, tools & plants, sundries, safety arrangements and all incidental charges complete, as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and painting with 2 coat of high build surface tolerant epoxy mastic primer with Aluminium MIO pigmented 80-100 micron DFT/Coat , Should pass Salt spray minimum 1440 hrs as per ISO 12944. followed by 2 coat of Acrylic polyurethane coating DFT 35-40 micron per coat ,Gloss retention 70% after 1000 hrs UVA- 340 exposure. Total DFT 230- 280 Micron. Colour as per requirement. Surface prepration - Mannual cleaning through wire brushing,removing dust, rust, of structure and making suitable as per instruction of engineer in charge).

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position CurtainWall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves forlinear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and alllevels etc. including:(a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings forpressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainageof water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural andfunctional design.(b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminiumcomposite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approvedshades made out of 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel materialconsisting of 3 mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched betweentwo Aluminium sheets (each 0.5 mm thick). The aluminium compositepanel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF /Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shadeon face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified usingstainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone (c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with HotDip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the windload movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approvedmake in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts allcomplete required to perform as per specification and drawing The itemincludes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mockups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testingin an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtainwall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection ofthe curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handingover of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP claddingis payable under the relevant aluminium items. The Contractor shallprovide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, havingall the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architecturaldrawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shopdrawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for thepurpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of thecurtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places

Note: The painting work shall be carried out up to a height of 50 metres, including domes, curved roofs, sheet roofing, RCC surfaces, parapets, and all other similar surfaces as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rates shall be quoted accordingly, taking into consideration the specified heights and locations where the work may require deployment of cranes, boom lifts, scaffolding, ladders, compressors, and other necessary equipment to access such heights. No additional payment shall be made for the deployment of machinery, tools, plants, or any other equipment required for execution of the work.
