Dismantling old unserviceable DG set of capacity 380 KVA from plat form , disconnecting power cable, earthings silencerassembly etc from DG set removing DG sets and shifting to AGE E/M Yard hiring suitable T&P ie crane, Hudra , JCB trailer etc , unloading of DG sets at AGE E/M yard safely and securely complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply install ,testing and commissionig of silent Diesel Engine Generating set 380 KVA, 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire engine as per IS:10001/10002 conforming to CPCB Norms IV, water cooled, BHP as per Manfufactures recommondation to generator power of 380 KVA @ 1500 RPM, fuel tank capacity suitable for running DG set for 12 hours and alternator as per IS:13364 at site complete with control panel having meters, sound proof canopy as per latest CPCB norms (IV) with suitable emission control device confirming to latest NGT norms etc including all accessories as per manufactures standard and as per the details given below AC Generator should be suitable for ambient conditions at Bangalore and confirming to IS . Make of Engine : JCB/ TMTC/ GREVES . Make of Alternator :Mecc Alte / Leory Somer/ CG / Trident Note:Capacity of generator set shall be net after all de-rating factor as per relevant IS design. (A) Alternator: Standard design alternator rated at 380 KVA net output at site after considering all de - rating factors, site conditions and at power factors, site conditions and at power factor 0.8, AC, 3phase 4 wire, 415V, Cycles/ Second, 1500 RPM self excited, self regulated , screen protected, drip proof, 23 enclosure, brush less design, voltage regulation + 2.5%. (B) Diesel Engine:- Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity, water cooled, closed circuit as per BS-649 or IS-1002 with suitable fuel injection system , Electric starting system having rated speed 1500 RPM. The DG set shall be capable for running 12 hrs continuously with 10% over loading for 01 hour in every 12 hours as per BS-5514/bs-649.Engine shall be multi cylinder, multi stroke,

and equipped with all standard fitting as per manufacture's recommendations and mounted on common base frame with following specifications:- (i) Fly wheel with housing: Common base frame of sturdy design suitable for and vibration mounting and permanent concrete foundation for mounting engine and alternator as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) Cooling system: (a) Mounted raditor with fan & belts & guard, rubber hoses and thermostat. (b) Cooling water pump centrifugal type (iii) Governor: Electronic Governor. (iv) Electric Starting System : Electric Self Starter, charging alernator as per manufacturer's design, copper leads with lugs of adequate size complete with initial charging of maintenance free battery/battries of capacity as per manufacturer's specification.Make : Exide or as per manufacturer's specification (v) Generator monitoring Panel : Comprisinig of following : (a) Microprocessor based Genset controller for metering, monitoring, governing and protection (b) Engine protection for low lub oil pressure, high coolant temperature (Alarm & Shutdown) (c) Alternator protection parameters like under voltage, over current , under frequency, over frequency (Alarm and Shut down).

(vi) Accessories : AVM Pads built or seperately mounted to manufacturers base frames. (vii) Coupling arrangements :- Fixed coupling, fly wheel to suit fixed coupling and fly wheel housing. (viii) Exhaust system :- Silencer complete with exhaust pipe of suitable size upto and outside the building all covered with asbestos rope of suitable size all as directed. Emission control device shall be suitably fitted to meet the latest pollution control norms. (ix) Fuel Tank :- Daily service fuel tank of capacity suitable for 12 hours contineous operation made out of sheet steel with indicating gauge, built inside the acoustic enclosures or as per manufacturer's design. (C) Acoustic Enclosures (sound proof canopy) :All as per CPCB norms IV with suitable emission control device confirming to latest NGT norms and OEM of DG Set's design. (D) Civil Works : All civil works related to foundation, installation of panel and equipment and depth of foundation shall be minimum 300mm with antivibration pads or as recommended by the manufacturers. Cables from DG set to to main Panel will be measured under relevant schedule. NOTE : The following items are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for all DG Sets :- (i) One year maint spare as per manufacturer's maint schedule and as directed by Engr-in-charge is deemed to be included in the above offer. (ii) One set of latest spare part catalogue with price, exploded view of parts and user's manual are deemed to be included in the offer. (iii) The rate quoted is deemed to be included for initial filling of radiator coolant and lubricating oil upto level. TRANSPORTATION: INCLUDING TILL SITE WARRANTY: 2 YEARS FREE REMOTE MONITORING FOR 5 YEARS

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium Conductor of size 400 Sqmm 3.5 core including taking down unserviceable UG cable complete all as specified and directed. Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers made out of GI/steel earth strip protected by GI light grade pipe of 40 mm dia and connecting to main panel board/switch board/control board all shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt I incl PCC chambers in 1:2:4 and RCC cover slab with 8mm dia MS bars reinforced at 10 cm center to center both ways including earth work like excavation, returning filling back disposal etc complete.
