Supply of "KOEL CHHOTA CHILLI" Make, CC418 G1, Model 7.48 HP @ 3000 RPM, Single Cylinder, Vertical, Air - Cooled Diesel Oil Engine Directly Coupled with "KIRLOSKAR' Make AC Alternator, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50Hz @ 0.8 P.F. Self Excited, Self Regulated Designed to Run at 3000 RPM 3.8 KW/ 5 KVA DG Set with Acoustic Enclosure (Sound Proof) as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB-II) approved DG Set or equivalent. (Administrative Block )

Providing artificial load and carrying out test at site at rated KW for the 15 KVA and 5 KVA DG set for a period of 12 hours continuous run including 10% overload for one hour after 12 hours of continous operation. (The tenderer should provide fuel oil lubricants (POL) required for running the gen set for the specific period, load, connections, reconnections etc., as required for conducting the load test etc., as required).

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Providing Earthing with safe earthing electrode of galvanization 80 to 100 microns length 2000 mm, outer dia 80 mm and inner space to be filled with crystaline conuctive mixture including filling - up with electrodite (Back fill Compound) as required for safe earth electrode and provoding masonary enclosure with cover plate haveing locking attagement etc. as required. (Similar to ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing or equivalent)

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia copper wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and re-filling as required.
