Repair to brick work in drain, cutting vegetation in drain and conduction of RRS exercise using IMDM eqpt at 19 Wing, AF under GE (AF) Borjhar

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder measonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for old size brick work with subclass 'B' Bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, buil in CM 1:6 all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall, etc, including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced) in ground flooors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in benching, coping for drain, etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds mitred/stoped end etc.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 with water proofing treatment @ 3% of weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface of popouts/ potholes not exc 4 Sqcm plan area upto 10-25mm depth of PTT/LTT, cleaning dust, oils, grease etc. from the popouts/ potholes properly by mechanical tools/ Brushing and priming the surface with Shali Grout EI and filling ShaliFix SC 40 or equivalent High strength Quick setting repair mortar mixing with water with W/P ratio 0.14-0.15 and curing of homegeneous mixture after setting complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for de-silting and cleaning of grasses, vegetation grouth, bushes etc, any description from drain of size not exc 1.5 mtr width at top and depth not exc 0.4 mtr including removing of debris to distance not exc 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point completed all as specified and as directed.

Cutting/cleaning of grass, bushes with hand machine approx 10M either sides of area drainage and shoulder of approach road/ taxi track including removal of debris or rubbis off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to broken spelled edges of joints , pot holes etc with epoxy mortar of existing concrete slab by forming square/ rectangular grovves with mechanical cutter wider towards top bottom top form key with existing concrete and cleaning / dusting to groves by using compressed air to remove all dirts/ dust by air blower and repair with applying two coats of epoxy primer unde the epoxy mortar complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cutting and racking out joints with cutter and cleaning with blower and making sides of joints bitumen free for all joints and sealing the joints with single component polyurethene based sealant Seal N Flex FC of M/s Bostik/ Fosroc/ Cipy/ Sika, over a coat of N49 primer of M/s Bostik/ Fosroc/ Cipy/ Sika, including backup filler sheet, bond breaker caulked tightly into the base of sealing groove complete all as per manufactures instructions and as directed by Engr in charge for the following size of joints :- Make - Bostik/Fosroc/Cipy/Sika, approved by E in C's branch.

(b) 20 mm x 15 mm

(c) 25 mm x 15 mm

(d) 30 mm x 15 mm

Conduct of Runway rehabilation Scheme (RRS) Excersise at Air Force sn borjhar using Rapigrout Cement (a quick setting rapid hardening compund) using IMDM Machine (Indigenous/ mixture cum Dispenser Machine) Issued by Department/User The necessary T&P Constructional materials and man power for the excersise to be provided at any time 24X7 hours by the contractor at any short notice Note : 1)The raprigrout cement for the excersise and the IMDM machine with fuel is provided by the user/department. 2) Cleanning of machine after the completion of work is contractors responsibility. 3)The following items will be paid to the contractor to conduct the RRS excersise as per site requirement.

Excavating over areas in soft/loose soil.not exc 1.5m deep and getting out complete all as specified

Excavating over areas in soft/loose soil. exc 1.5m deep and not exc 3.0m deep and getting out complete all as specified

Removing excvated material/soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point directed as specified

Supply only aggregate broken stone/ boulders for loose filling of gauge 80mm to 150mm graded

Supply only Hard core broken stone/ boulders to gauge not exc 63mm.

Supply only graded corase aggregate of nominal size 20mm.

Supply only fine aggregate (sand).

Supply only Polythene sheet, black/any colour 150 micron.

01 No JCB Macine (as per site requirement) for RRS excersise within Air Force stn borjhar including driver and helper and includng fuel (Diesel), lubricant , engine oil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge NOTE: (i) Hourly log book shall be maintened by the contractor and obtain the signature with concerned JE. (ii) No claim shall be entertained if the machine is not required for full working days for any days as directed by Engineer-in-charge and not order by the user's or can be use continuiously more than 8hours, in such circumstances driver and labour shall be change accordingly shift wise. (for 08 hours per shift) (iii) One number JCB. driver/operator and helper shall be arranged by the contractor as and when required and as directed. (iv) Cost of main of JCB including in quoted rates by contractor during working period will not be considered for payments to contractor.

Providing services for Supervisor Highly skilled in RRS excersise at 19 Wing Tech area/ Runway for operating IMDM machine and mixing cement and mortor in IMDM machine, check consistancy of mortoar and supervise in all wks related to IMDM machine and preparing or crater etc, complete all as specified (01 Nos for operaing IMDM machine panel , 01 nos for mixing raprigrout cement in IMDM machine and 01 nos for supervising of casting/pouring Note : (i) Contractor shall not pay below the minimum wages to the labours as per Govt of india rates notified time to time. (ii) Supervisor shall be is highly skilled to operator IMDM machine.

Providing services for labour unskilled/ skilled in RRS excersise at 19 Wing Tech area/ Runway for levelling crators surface and spreading and levelling hardcore sand and polythene sheet, watering and ramming properly and misc wks etc complete all as specified Note : Contractor shall not pay below the minimum wages to the labours as per Govt of india rates notified time to time.

Providing services for labour semi skilled in RRS excersise at 19 Wing Tech area/ Runway for cleaning IMDM machine before and after casting , loading/unloading of rapiragrout cement bags to hydra machine and misc wks etc complete all as specified and directed Note : Contractor shall not pay below the minimum wages to the labours as per Govt of india rates notified time to time.

Providing services for mason skilled in RRS excersise at 19 Wing Tech area/ Runway for tearing raprigrout cement bags into IMDM machine and then pouring materials at required site complete all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor shall not pay below the time minimum wages to the labours as per Govt of india rates notified time to time.
