Moving the faulty Power Transformer to the plinth. Maximum allowable is 50 mtrs. As per Common SR-2025-26, Part-2, Sl No. 14(a) of Pg No. 159.
Loading of the faulty Transformer tank with active parts & accessories at 33/11 kV Sub-Station. As per Common SR-2025-26, Part-2, Sl No. 51 (i) of Pg No. 183.
Transportation of faulty Power Transformer with active parts and its accessories from 33/11kV Sub-Station to Repairer’s works using 11 to 20 MT Truck & Trailer & Rs. 81.99-greater than 250 Km. As per Common SR-2025-26, Part-2, Sl No. 49(iii) of Pg No. 182.
Unloading of the faulty Transformer tank with active parts & all accessories at repairer’s works. As per Common SR-2025-26, Part-3, Sl No. 2 of Page No. 195.
Dismantling faulty Transformer for joint inspection at repairer’s premises including all activities such as opening of to cover, de-tanking of core and winding, separation of HV/LV coils, conducting of preliminary test required for assessment of repair work to be undertaken, dismantling core etc., in the presence of GESCOM authorized representative. As per Common SR-2025-26, Part-3, Sl No. 3 of Page No. 195.
Providing new copper windings in place of damaged or faulty winding including cost of materials, labour, drying etc., (Both HV & LV) - per Kg of winding including tap leads etc. (Taking into account value of released copper which has to be retained by the repairer) As per Common SR-2025-26, Part-3, Sl No. 3(C)(ii)(b) of Pg. Providing solid insulation materials for replacement to damaged or burnt insulation as per actual weight for all 3 limbs. As per Common SR-2025-26, Part-3, Sl No. 3(B)(i) of Pg. No. 203.
Providing re-insulation to HV/LV winding whenever necessary for total weight of winding except solid insulation. As per Common SR-2025-26, Part-3, Sl No. 3(C)(i) of Pg. No. 203.
Providing new CRGO insulation to the core in place of damaged lamination wherever necessary including cost of materials and labours. (Taking into account of releases CRGO which has to be retained by the repairer). As per Common SR-2025-26, Part-3, Sl No. 3(A)(i) of Pg. No. 203 & Sl.No. 10(A) of Pg. No. 194. Repair and overhauling of OLTC/Diverter switch including change of oil, lubrication and replacement of gaskets and other parts (which are locally available) As per Comman SR-2025-26, Vol-6, Part-3, Sl No. 4 (A) of Page No. 204
Complete new oil required for commissioning the transformer should be supplied from standard manufacturers. As per common SR 2025-26 (11kV System) Sl No 155, Item No. 15.01, Page No. 7 of 52 (Standard Stock Materials)
Cleaning, Repairing and painting inside the Transformer Tank with hot oil bath and acid proof epoxy paint after thorough cleaning including the cost of materials including the painting of radiators at site/firm. As per common SR 2025-26, Part-3, Sl No. 1(B) of Pg No. 201.
Re assembly of core and winding with solid insulation. As per common SR 2025-26, Part-3, Sl No. 5(E) of Pg No. 197.
Drying out the assembly of core and winding in oven/ vacuum chamber, till the specified insulation resistance values are obtained (including cost of materials and labour) As per common SR 2025-26, Part-3, Sl No. 5(B)(ii) of Pg No. 196.
Tanking the assembly, giving connection, providing new gaskets and insulating materials conforming to relevant ISS, putting back the cover, tightening the fixtures, fixing the bushing etc., including the cost of all materials like Gasket, insulating materials, Bolts and Nuts etc., and labour. Other accessories at repairers work to facilitate the testing. As per common SR 2025-26, Part-3, Sl No. 1(C) of Page No. 202.
Filling of oil to the main Tank & OLTC Tank, Filtering the oil including filtering till attainment of prescribed BDV. As per common SR 2025-26, Part-3, Sl No. 5(F) of Page No. 197.
Testing the Transformer for routine tests as per IS 2026-1983 if repairs are carried out at Repairer's work (In presence of GESCOM representative) As per Common SR-2025-26, Part-2, Sl No. 17 (b) of Page No. 160.
Loading of the Repaired good 5MVA Transformer tank with active parts & all accessories at repairer’s works. As per Common SR-2025-26, Part-3, Sl No. 2 of Page No. 195.
Transportation of Power Transformer with active parts and its accessories from firms Repair centre to the destination Sub-Station as per the kind direction of CEE Corporate office GESCOM Gulbarga using 11 to 20 MT Truck & Trailer. The transformer should be transported with oil up to the level and balance new oil required should be transported to the destination in sealed barrels. As per Common SR-2025-26, Part-2, Sl No. 49(iii) of Pg No. 182.
Unloading of repaired good 5MVA Transformer tank with active parts & all accessories at the destination specified by the GESCOM. As per Common SR-2025-26, Part-2, Sl No. 5(i) of Pg No. 183.
Moving the repaired Power Transformer from 11 to 20MT truck and trailer to the Transformer bed at the destination as specified by GESCOM. As per Common SR-2025-26, Part-2, Sl No. 14(a) of Pg No. 159.
Assembling of Transformer parts like bushings, radiators, Conservator, breather etc., As per Common SR-2025-26, Part-2, Sl No. 14(b) of Pg No. 159.
Supervising and commissioning of transformer in the presence of RT staff as and when the transformer is ready for commissioning. As per Common SR-2025-26, Part-3, Sl No. 7(C) of Page No. 199.
