SCHEDULE "A" PART -XV (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Note:- This schedule is not pre-priced by MES.

SITE CLEARANCE Bringing approved Earth from outside mod land and forming embankment including raising (or lowering ) earth,spreding in layers n exc 30 cm thick watering ,ramming/rolling and finishing to required size and shape etc n exc 1.50 m high from base complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Payment shall be made for soild quantity arrived after consolidation. (ii) Before execution of this item use of earth shall be tested/ checked for suitability of use and rate of tesing shall be included in quoted rates.

ROAD/ PATH/ CULVERT M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall/ roof/ floor by rubbing down/ scraping and three coat of exterior grade emulsion paint (weather coat) in camoflauge pattern on wall, roof or floor in any surface over one coat of weather primer as specified and complete all as specified. Note:- Weather proof acrylic floor paint to be used for painting in floor/ hard standing.

Material and labour for Pavement Quality concrete (PQC) (Design mix) of minimum field flexural strength 45 Kg / Sqcm (Lower Control Limit) LCL after 28 days in pavement slab using minimum 400 Kg of cement per cum with crushed stone aggregate of greading as specified including necessary form work and using non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% of weight of cement of PQC, laid in panels, spread and compacted using mechanical paver, mechanically vibrated and bull nosing / rounding off edges, curing, brooming, belting etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Thickness of concrete shall be 150mm ). Note :- (a) All type of joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (b) No deduction shall be made from concrete for space occupied by construction and dummy joint However, deduction shall be made for the space occupied by expansion joints. (c) The non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement mixed with concrete shall be measured and paid separately as ‘Supply only’ under respective item of BOQ. (d) Cost of any admixtures required to achieve the desired properties of concrete shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for PQC nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (e) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement content used in the work as approved in the Design Mix exceed 400 Kg. Minimum cement content shall be used 400 Kg per Cum.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL M & L for on site LLDPE septic tank OF CAPACITY 5500 ltr to 6000 ltr with necessary strong basement with concrete as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Cost of basement shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Cost of excavation and earth work shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.
