Construction of 33KV Line for feeding SS Nandgram from 220KV SS Morta Ghaziabad

1. Safe carriage of SP-55, 11 meter S.T.Pole from any stores centres under PVVNL, depending upon the availability of material at Stores Centres, with loading & unloading at both ends respectively.

2. Loading, Safe carriage & unloading of heavy stock material (other than pole) from any stores centres under PVVNL, depending upon the availability of material at Stores Centres, with loading & unloading at both ends respectively.

3. Loading, Safe carriage & unloading of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm. XLPE Alumn.Cable, from any stores centres under PVVNL, depending upon the availability of material at Stores Centres, with loading & unloading at both ends respectively.

4. The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft soil & hard rock as per site condition and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support. Erection of support, complete with providing & fixing of all clamps and other accessories as per drawing. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from sectional store to pit site as well as any fabrication work if required & fixing of cross bracing sets 4.3mtr, from M.S.Angle 65x65x6mm / 50x50x6mm. The work includes cutting holes and providing M.S.Bolt of 16x40mm size, in the middle of the cross bracing with 01No. spring washer of proper size as per drawing/ as per schedule. (i) End Double Pole Structures (a) 11M Long STP, SP-55 Round Pole

5. Riser Double Pole The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft & hard rock and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support. Erection of support, complete with providing & fixing of all clamps and other accessories as per drawing. The work includes carriage and handling of supports & hardware material from sectional store to pit site as well as an fabrication work if required. Fixing of 04 Nos. M.S.Channel 100x50x2.4Mtr (With arrangement of 06 Nos. 33KV Pin insulator with Pin). The work also includes cutting of channel/angles, making holes on M.S.Channel / M.S. Angle, spring washer of proper size for channel/angle. Contractor also provide M.S.Channel clamps and E- clamps at his own cost as per Respo Norms. (a) 11M Long STP, SP-55 Round Pole

6. Grouting of supports in CC 1:3:6 (Cement, sand & 20mm stone grift). Grouting will be done in the block of size (450x450)mm x1/6th of full length of the support, upto ground level, 300mm plinth above the ground level with C.C. 1:3:6 (Cement, Course sand and Stone grift) with muffing as per drawing. Work includes back filling and proper ramming. (i) End Double Pole Structures (a) 11M Long STP, SP-55 Round Pole

(ii) Cable Riser Structures (a) 11M Long STP, SP-55 Round Pole

7. i). Grouting of stay rods (20x1800)mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60x0.60x0.30)m in ratio 1:3:6 cement, sand, 20mm Stone grift) as per drg. Including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc.

ii). Fixing, tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing, including providing & fixing of Stay Insulators of 33KV and Stay Clamps.

8. Earthing of supports with M.S. earth Rod of (20x2540)mm long including excavation of pit and driving M.S.Rod 3.0M apart from suppor and 0.5M below the ground level and connecting belowl the earth electrodes with the help of G.I.wire No.8SWG and earthing lugs.

9. Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases ACSR Dog conductor in accordance with Line chart includidng binding and fixing of all accessories in 03Nos. Conductor in parallel.

10. Making Jumpers on Sectional Pole, by providing & fixing of P.G.Clamps of proper sizes, suitable for Dog Conductor/ 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE cable (12 Nos. P.G.Clamps at each section double Pole & 06 No. P.G.Clamps at each end double Pole (a) End Double Pole

(b) Cable Riser Double Pole

11. Providing & fixing of SMC Danger board at each Pole as per specification of the drawing. Size 200mmx250mm & 3mm thickness with G.I.Clamp & nut & bolt for 33KV

12. Providing & fixing of SMC Number Plate at each Pole as per specification of the drawing. Size 200mmx250mm & 3mm thickness with G.I.Clamp & nut & bolt.

13. Making H.T.Connection of the proposed line from 33KV Line. The work consists of fixing & fabrication of Dropper Channels, & fixing of Disc Insulators, Pin Insulators, jumpering with P.G.Clamps, clamping and binding etc,as per site conditions.

14. Chopping of branches of trees of eucalyptus, Neem, Keekar and other kind of trees along the route of the line and disposal of the same at suitable place.

15. Providing & Wrapping of 2.0Kg, 33KV barbed wire per pole on 33KV ST Poles SP-55/SP-72/PCC Poles as anti-climbing device for a length of 0.9Mtr. Wire pitch/gap 13mm and fixing upper and lower end keeping lower end at a height of 2.75Mtr. from the ground, complete with providing and fixing of lower end & upper end clamps made of M.S.Flat 40x5mm complete with nuts&bolts.

16. Painting of following supports/structures of 33KVLine, with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint after one coat of ready mix primer, including cost of all material, as well as rubbing/cleaning of surface as required for proper completion of work:- (a) 11Mtr SP-55 Poles including all channels/x-arms/clamps etc. (i) End double Pole structure

(b) 33KV Cable Riser

17. 33KV Cable support structure. i). Fabrication of structure, including cutting, straightening, drilling of holes and electric welding.

ii) Excavation of earth (0.60Mx0.30Mx1.0M)x1

iii) Erection of 33KV cable support structure in proper alignment with stone Pad.

iv) Grouting of size (0.60Mx0.30Mx1.0M) with C.C. in ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 20mm Stone grift)x4

v) Supply & fixing of stone pad.

18. Digging of Cable Trench of size 1300mmx750mm, for laying of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm. Cable,

19. Safe laying of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm. XLPE Cable in Cable Trench to respective Double Pole.

20. Providing & Laying of Ist Class Bricks, along the length on both side of 33KV XLPE Cable in Cable Trench (minium 18No. Bricks/Mtr) and Stone Slab of size 450x600x40mm on top of the Cable, Providing 150mm thickness River sand for cushion beneath and 150mm above the cable as per specification.

21. Back filling of excavated earth in the cable trench upto the ground level and ramming properly.

22. Supply of HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6, DN-160mm dia, as per site requirement.

23. Laying of HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6, DN-160mm dia by HDD trenchless method, as per site requirement.

24. Laying of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE cable in HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6, DN-160mm dia by HDD trenchless method, as per site requirement.

25. Laying of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE Cable in the air on cable Riser Double Pole, existing cable trench, Pucca trench, nala x-ing & G.I.Pipe and making connection with 33KV over head line at both ends.

26. Making of 33KV Outdoor type cable end termination by heat shrinkable XLPE Cable Jointing Kits and crimping with proper size aluminium lugs. Work includes providing Aluminum lugs, insulating tapes etc as per specifications.

27. Making of 33KV Straight through Cable Jointing Kits 3x300mm² and crimping of proper size aluminium lugs. Work includes providing insulating tapes etc as per specifications.

28. Providing and fixing 150mm dia 2mm thick 3M long G.I.Pipe over 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE Cable before mounting the 2No. Cable on double pole. Work includes fixing of Clamp, sealing of top and bottom end of the G.I.Pipe. One end of G.I.Pipe is to be buried under earth about 500mm.

29. Providing, Fixing & Laying of G.I.Pipe 150mm Dia thickness at Nala X-ing Work includes G.I.Clamps, Nut bolt & washer, bricks, cement, sand & stone grift etc.

30. Providing & Fixing 150mm dia 2mm thick 2M long G.I.Pipe over 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE Cable before mounting the 2No. Cable on Cable support structure. The work includes fixing of Clamp, sealing of top and bottom end of the G.I.Pipe. One end of G.I.Pipe is to be buried under earth about 500mm.

31. Supply & fixing of cable route marker along the route of 33KV cable with proper grouted with proper painting & marking PVVNL, 33KV HT Cable.

32. Road restoration charges for 1Mtr wide Kuccha Road (Inter locking Tiles, Bricks Road & Developed green belt only) or Deposite charges to take the permission/approval/NOC from any Development Authority/Govt. Body/Forest Deptt./and other concerned Deptt. for construction of 33KV line

33. Road restoration charges for 1Mtr wide Pucca Road (Cemented, Concrete & Black road only) or Deposite charges to take the permission/approval/NOC from any Development Authority/Govt. Body/Forest Deptt./and other concerned Deptt. for construction of 33KV line

34. Cartage of empty cable drum from site to PVVNL store including loading & unloading at both ends respectively.

35. Removal & Diamantling of damaged Pin insulator with Pin of 33KV line and stacking the Pin scrap at a proper place in safe position.

36. Removal & Diamantling of damaged Disc insulator of 33KV line.

37. Removal & Diamantling of damaged Disc fitting of 33KV line and stacking the Disc fitting scrap at a proper place in safe position.

38. Climbing, Fixing & tightening of extra of 33KV Composite Polymeric Pin insulator on old existing poles in place of broken & damaged Pin insulator and Providing fixing of Nut Bolts washer & other accessories as per requirement.

39. Climbing, Fixing & tightening of extra 33KV Polymeric Disc insulator B&S 70KN on old existing poles in place of broken & damaged Disc insulator and Providing fixing of Nut Bolts washer & other accessories as per requirement.

40. Climbing, Fixing & tightening of extra 33KV Disc fitting B&S 70KN on old existing poles in place of broken & damaged Disc fitting and Providing fixing of Nut Bolts washer & other accessories as per requirement.

41. Maintenance of existing overhead line
