Notes:- For Item No 25 to 32 1. The Panel Should be approved by CPRI. 2. The rates Quoted shall include for earth work,Plinth protection around the panel apprx 75cm and excavation & earthwork for angle iron frame for foundation of panel board up to 0.50 m below GL in any type of soil and PCC 1:4:8 type D2 filling in foundation. The ground clearance of panel board shall be 0.40 M from GL to the bottom of panel board.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60 cm X 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 X 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 connected to earth test point electrode, PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe 20mm dia protection pipe etc and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note No 1 :- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 150 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No 1 (a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Serial Page No 389 of SSR Part –I 2009. Dismantling carefully the existing LT overhead line ACSR conductor with cross arm of any size from its position by necessary disconnecting of conductor and removing complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of unserviceable existing cross arms made from channels, angles and unserviceable FI clamps, nuts, bolts etc from OH line and removing complete all as specified and as directed

S &F PCC Cable route Indicator with suitable reinforcement of size 50 x 10 x 10 cm with letter inscribed on both side as "MES LT CABLE " of specified front side not less than 30 mm as directed and mounted on PCC 40 x 30 x 30 cm complete using PCC 1: 2:4 B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and including painting using cement based paint to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, erecting and fixing in replacement of true vertical position of steel tubular swaged pole, 9 mtr long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolt, nuts and screws as specified and of type 410 SP-31, conforming to relevant IS, including one primer coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint and two coats of bituminous paint inside and outside of botton portion up to 1.8 mtr length all as specified and provide circular bend 1 No of length 2 m including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed. (Excavation and earth work, foundation concrete and PCC coping shall be measured and paid separately)

Note :- Schedule of Credit of Amount Rs. 52,790.00 shall be deducted from total amount.
