Cutting in all kinds of earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto all leads, lifts and carriage of material complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work including chiseling / wedging etc. with all lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers, when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in all kinds of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, including chiseling/wedging etc. and disposal of all excavated earth upto all leads, lifts and disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete complete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Foundation footings, bases of column etc. and mass concrete.

b) Beams, cantilever, girders and lintel : Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, girders bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement: six sand and twelve graded stone crushed aggregate 40mm (forty milimetre nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement: five sand and ten graded stone crushed aggregate 40mm (forty milimetre nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand and six graded stone crushed aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement: two sand and four graded stone crushed aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form work including all leads, lifts and carriage of material complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (one cement one and half sand: three graded stone aggregate crushed aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. a) Foundations, footings bases of column and the like and mass concrete.

b) Suspended floor roofs, landings and shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders, bressurmers and cantilevers upto all floor level.

Providing TMT steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto all floor level including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

2nd class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

2nd class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

2nd class half brick masonry using common burnt clay building brick in superstructure in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: four sand) including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

50mm cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(one cement: two sand: four graded stone aggregate 20mm(twenty milimetre nominal size laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 40mm (forty millimetre) wide and 4mm (four milimetre) thick glass strip in joints of terrazzso/plain floors including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

First class brick flooring laid dry and grouted with cement morter 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including finishing the joints flush complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineeri-in-Charge. a).11.2 cm thick (Using conventional brick)

Providing & fixing 0.60mm (point sixty milimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polister of 5 micron over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction /satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (TATA / JINDAL / SAIL make).

Providing corrugated polycarbonate transparent sheet roofing fixed with galvanized iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with limpet washer filled with white lead complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) 1.20mm (one point two milimetre) thick sheet.

Providing & fixing 0.60mm (point sixty milimetre) thick and 60cm wide ridges or hips prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polister of 5 micron over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia & prepainted GI limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction / satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (TATA / JINDAL / SAIL make).

Steel work bolted in built up sections, including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) In R.S. joists, channels angles, tees, flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafter and the like.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cuttings, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a)In grating framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar work

b)In beams, joists, channels angles, tees, flats with connecting plates or angles as cleats in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafter and the like.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80mmx1.25mm MS laths interlocked together through their entire length and joined together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets sides guies and arrangement for inside and outside and locking with push pull operation complete but excluding the cost of top cover and spring complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a)Shutters having width below 3.5 Mtrs.

Providing and fixing 27.5 cm long wire spring grade No.2 for rolling shutters complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick MS sheet garage door with frame of 40mmx40mmx6mm angle iron 3.15 mm MS gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Using flats 30mmx6mm for diagonal braces and central cross pieces.

Providing and fixing angle iron door window, clerestory window frame manufactured iron steel section of 50x50x6mm (fifty into fifty into six milimetre) thickness including hinge jamb, lock jamb bed and if required angle threshold of (welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means lugs with split end tails to/mild steel angle 50x25mm(fifty x twenty five milimetre) each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5mm (two point five milimetre)thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrappers and sand paper complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) With ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead, red oxide/Zinc oxide chrome.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other matter surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Enamel paint other than white.

15mm (fifteen milimetre) cement plaster in single coat in fair/rough side on brick concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering with all height including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement: three sand) including all leads and lifts and material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm (fifteen milimetre) cement plaster in single coat in fair/rough side on brick concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering with all height including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) including all leads and lifts and material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for finishing with a floating coat of neat cement slurry complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

25mm ( Twenty Five milimetre) mud plastering in single coat with chopped straw @ 33 Kg/Cum of each on bricks / stone masonry walls for interior / exterior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth complete in all respect as per Engineer-in-charge.

Colour washing with lime (two coats) on undecorated wall surfaces over and including a priming coat of white washing to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dirt and other foreign matter including all leads and lifts of materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and/or required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coat) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, dust loose or softened paint complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm (fifty milimetre) thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregate) 20mm nominal size including finishing the top surface of concrete smooth including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm (seventy five milimetre) thick unconsolidated bed of dry bricks/ stone aggregate 40mm (forty milimetre) nominal size) well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick edging (brick laid on edge) to plinth protection with bricks including grouting with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: four sand) with brick size 22.9 x 11.2 x 7cm (twenty two point nine x eleven point two x seven centimeter) including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing woven plains G.I. wire fencing of mesh 100mmx100mm of 5 mm thick to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire staples etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing to wall ceiling and floor galvanized mild steel tube (medium grade) tube fittings and clamps including making good the wall, ceiling and floor complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge Jindal / Surya make. a) 15mm nominal bore
