(A) Structural Design & Analysis
Structural analysis and design of buildings using approved software (ETAB-23 and above and SAFE).
Design of RCC framed structure with suitable grade of concrete and steel.
The Structural system shall comply with latest relevant IS codes and incorporating results of Soil Investigation of site. The methodology shall be FEA analysis with the help of Computer Aided Software. To simulate the structure so as to get accurate behaviour, the structure shall be modelled in ETABS-23 and above for Ultimate Limit State (ULS) as well as Serviceability Limit State (SLS). The floor slabs be modelled in accordance with flexibility as applicable with a break in the diaphragm where cut-outs are planned. Shear Walls wherever considered shall be modelled as shell elements and designed to resist Earthquake effect and Wind loads and designed as ductile shear wall. The frames/shear walls in either direction be designed considering various codal combinations of Dead load, Live load and Earthquake/Wind loads. Live loads and unit weights shall be used for analysis as per latest IS Codes. The building be checked for serviceability for both cracked and un-cracked sections as per codes IS 1893 and IS 16700.

Scope of Work:
(A) Electrical Systems
Design of complete internal electrification including: Wiring, lighting, power distribution Distribution boards, panels, and circuits Design of external electrification including: Street lighting Cable networks and feeder pillars

Design of: Substation / transformer yard
LT/HT panels and distribution systems Earthing and lightning protection system
(C) Mechanical & Plumbing Systems

Designing a functional Electric Vehicle (EV) charging layout for both 4-Wheelers (4W) and 2-Wheelers (2W) as per requirement shall include proper planning of parking dimensions, charging point locations, electrical safety provisions, circulation space, and clear surface marking standards.
The scope shall include: Planning and allocation of EV parking bays for 4W and 2W vehicles, Identification of optimal charger locations for user accessibility and operational efficiency, Provision of required electrical infrastructure including power supply, earthing, protection systems, and cable management, Adequate driveway and vehicle circulation space for safe movement, Surface markings, signage, and colour coding for EV charging zones, Integration of safety measures including bollards, fire extinguishers, emergency shutdown arrangements, and weather protection where required, Provision for future expansion of EV charging infrastructure, Compliance with applicable standards and guidelines of Bureau of Indian Standards, Central Electricity Authority, and other relevant statutory authorities. Detailed Estimate & Costing -Providing comprehensive preparation of detailed estimates, BOQs, yardsticks, and rate analysis based on approved architectural, structural, and services drawings for Deficient Married Accommodation for Officers (Lt Cdr & Above) at INS Mandovi, complete in all respects.
Scope of Work:
(A) Detailed Estimates Preparation of detailed cost estimates based on approved drawings (Architectural, Structural, E/M, Fire Fighting, and External Services).
Measurement and quantity take-off for all items of work.
(B) BOQ Preparation of item-wise Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with:
Detailed descriptions Units and quantities BOQ to be aligned with tendering requirements. (based on SSR/DSR(latest applicable) requirement)

1.07. GRIHA Rating Compliance and Scope of Work:
The consultant shall ensure the project achieves a minimum 3-Star GRIHA rating, with the quoted consultancy fees being inclusive of all required efforts. The scope of work includes:
1. Design and Documentation: Ensure all Architectural, Structural, Firefighting, Landscape and MEP designs, along with their associated BOQs, specifications, material selections and calculations are developed in strict compliance with the latest GRIHA and ECBC guidelines.
2. Modeling and Simulations: Conduct whole-building energy modeling, as well as solar and daylighting simulations, as required for certification.
3.
