| 3 | Supply, installatin, testing and commissioning of Single phase cellular as per IS 16444, Smart meter with the following specifications:

Meter should have the following features.
1) Meter should support 'tamper' events and 'power outage' detection and reporting to HES (Head End System) using communication module
2) The advanced metering system should have mobile applications supporting Android and iOS which shows all electric parameters and alerts, Consumer will able to check consumption details along with transaction details.
3) Meter should transfer the billing and tamper data for bill generation, data analysis and energy accounting to HES using communication module GPRS. The cellular (GPRS) should support fall back operation to 2G.
4) Meter should support at least 30 minutes instantaneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power, cumulative Energies & frequency and should also support at least 30 minutes energy and maximum demand load profile.
5) Meter should have Bidirectional communication module to accommodate cellular communication technology for remote connection/disconnection.
6) Meter should support mode switching i.e. from postpaid to prepaid and vice versa via HES/billing software.

| 5 | Web Based Software
Supply and confirguration of the Web based Software per meter with foolowing moules
(i) Meter Data Management Moulde
The meter data management module woud be responsible for collecting the data from the concentrator and make the data available to the illing system. The meter data management system would capture and provide the following data:
(a) 15 min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters-cumulative Energy, cumulative Apparent Energy(as applicable), Power, Current, Voltage, Power Factor and Frequency.
(b) Monthly billing survey data for cum energy and max demand
(ii) Billing Module, The billing moudle would collect the data froom the meter data management module calculate the energy consumption, calculate billing determiant and make energy data/billing data available to admin and end users. The billing module would include functionalities for tariff setup, bill format setup, bill adjustment, occupation billing and vacation billing. The system would be setp as postpaid billing systme, it would allow postpaid and prepaid functionality as required . Make: Innologix/Transverse/Mega calibre or Equivlent/Lauritz Knudsen
(iii) Occupation and Vacation Module
The system would support occupation/vacation and billing reports. The software would be collecting data from DCU. The Software Would provide access to staff as well as the occupant for the data.
(iv) Web site: There would e a dedicated website for the admin team to view all the data and information. The designated users in MES would have the admin access to the application. The MES staff would also have the access of the key information on an android mobiles app (for admin use).
(v) Custmer Portal
The system would include customer portal for the resident/occupant to log in and view their own energy / biling data. There would e android and iOS mobile apps for the user to monitor its own data and balance on regular basis. (vi) Energy Accounting Moudle
The Systme would include features of energy accounting. The system would be able to account for total energy block wise, facility wise and would also allow calcuations of unaccounted energy in cae total energy meter is also available.
(vii) Communicatin Module
The system would provide communication of energy data and bills via print, email and sms methods.
(viii) Meter Master Data
The system would support meter master data repository. The system would support meter replacement process.
(ix) Excel Export
The system would support export of metering billing data in excel fromat.
(x) Custmer Care Module- the software would include a customer care moudule where the user would be log in any complaints. The service provider would monitor the complaints and carry out the necessary activities for the complaints resolution.
(xi) Meter Installation Module- The sftware would include an app based meter installation module where the meter intallation or changes can be captured on the app itself and the readings wmay be demonstrated to the user if required on the app itself.
(xii) Activities communicatin- The software support communication of the various activities such as occupation, vacation, meter change. persnal detail change etc. With the user as well as the department on email.

| 8 | 4 Years AMC Charges Should be paid from day 1 Go-Live:
(a) Sim Charges. The contractor would ensure supply of appropiate SIMs to ensure necessary single availability. The Contractor would change the sim or sim provider as required. In case of network issues, the contracotr woul liasion with telecom serivce providers for necessary resoultion.
(b) Recurring SMS Charges . The SMS would be issued for the payments alerts, low balance alerts and disconnection/connection alerts.
(c) Software AMC. This would include necessary upgradations in the software such as support to the chrome browser changes, android version changes, iOS version changes. These Changes happen on frequent basis and the software would support all the changes. | 119 | Each | - | - |
