Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in footpath, hardstanding, finishing cement concrete surface by making impressions of expanded metal whilst the concrete is green, complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of Broken stone/boulders gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base of floors, plinth protection finished the surface of concrete fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick, screed bed or bedding layer, in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor tiles etc, complete as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mmx200mmx25mm thick, chequered cement concrete tiles, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry using grey cement and pointed with white/coloured cement to match the colour as in paving/foot path etc as required complete as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets & staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to better Rough finished surfaces of concrete flat, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for Extra for forming fair finishing to surfaces drain/channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete ,using extra cement incl forms, moulds etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (reinforced) of any description and in in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1:2:4 type B1(20mm graded stone aggregate) as landings, cover slab (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, as reinforcement for concrete cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spi-rally hooping for columns, hook-ing ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (an-nealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 8 to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, as reinforcement for concrete cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.
