84182/E8 REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF CENTRAL AC PLANT ALONGWITH VARIOUS CONNECTED ITEMS AND HOT WATER GENERATOR WORKS AT AF STN JORHAT UNDER GE (AF) JORHAT

M&L for preventive and comprehensive maintenance of Central AC chiller plant of capacity 3 x 80 TR strictly through OEM i.e. M/S Blue Star for the plant and equipment of Model No. XAC2YS-080A. The scope of work is as under Section I & Section II SECTION I 1. All equipment under contract will be serviced four times during contract period as per standard checklists 2. All breakdown calls will be attended to during the contract period. SECTION II 1. The compressor will be checked for proper functioning and if any defect is found, the same will be repaired. cost of compressor will be borne by customer 2. Safety controls such as pressure cut outs will be tested for proper functioning and in case of any malfunctioning they will be either repaired or replaced accordingly. 3. Air filters will be inspected and cleaned or replaced, if necessary. Cost of filters will be borne by the customer. 4. Cooling coil will be inspected and cleaned, if necessary. 5. The blower motor will be checked and any defects noticed will be attended to. Cost of repair will be borne by the customer.

M&L for opening Head of Open Type reciprocating Compressor 20 TR Capacity (DB20) of MAKE : ACCEL and MODEL: SMC-6-65, dismantling completely 20 TR Capacity Compressor Parts in presence of MES Representative and display all the Parts/Components of Compressor for inspection of Engineer-in-Charge to ascertain the Serviceability of existing Parts for Repair/ Replacement of Unserviceable/Defective Parts, Re-assembling and Re-installation of Compressor in Original Position after repaire, Reconnecting and Making Functional in all respect, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under item No. 4 to 14 here-in after.

Supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular/square duct (as per existing size & shape) made out of 'L" shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed incl all acdcessories such as cornet, cleat, cattiage bolt, gasket and appropriate sealqant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 22 gauge.

M &L for duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 Kg/cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation as 25 mm and the following:- (a) M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt dust, grease and other foreign taterials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinqal joints and circular overlaps with and including aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M&L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/steel straps of size 12mm/50mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

M&L for MS frame work for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated form structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.

S&F 'V' belt B-76 as suitable and approved after taking down the old unserviceable One, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Refrigerant High Pressure Gauge as approved and suitable including Taking down Old Unserviceable One, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Refrigerant Low Pressure Gauge as approved and suitable including Taking down Old Unserviceable One, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LP/HP Cut Out with Operating Range at 0/PSI to 30/PSI as approved and suitable including Taking down Old Unservice able One complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Oil Pressure Gauge as approved and suitable including Taking down Old Unserviceable One, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Safety Valve for Condenser as approved including Taking down Old Unserviceable One, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 'V' Belt B-75 as approved and suitable including Taking down Old Unserviceable One, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Filling only Compressor Oil as approved and suitable for Compressor of CENTRAL TYPE AC PLANT complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & filling only Refrigerant Gas R–22 as approved and suitable for Compressor of CENTRAL AC PLANT/UNIT of Various Locations, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & filling only Refrigerant Gas R–407 C as approved and suitable for Compressor of CENTRAL AC PLANT/UNIT of various location complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 'V' Belt B 50 as approved and suitable including Taking down Old Unserviceable One, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Defective Compressor Sealed Unit 12.5TR capacity suitable for R-407C/22 Refrigerant, 3 Phase 415 Volt after disconnecting all Electrical Connections and replaced the Same with New Com -pressor of Same Capacity and including Flushing old Gas and recharging with Appropriate Quantity of R-407C/22 Refrigerant Gas after nitrogen pressure testing upto 300 PSI for 24 hours & vaccuming to 500 Micrometer Hg complete all as specified and as directed.Make -Danfoss or equivalent

Taking down Defective Burn out cooling tower motor of 3 HP/720 RPM capacity after disconnecting all Electrical Connections and replaced the Same with New cooling tower motor of same capacity including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Nitrogen gas pressure testing by pressurising with nitrogen gas upto 300 psi the complete system to find out the leakage & maintaining pressure for 24 hours and rectifying leakages in the system, vaccumising complete system of central A/C plant with double stage vaccum pump of - 2kg/Sq cm pressure & Vaccuming to 500 Micrometer Hg & then refilling with suitable gas as specified & directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down carefully burnt out Electric Driven motor of 7.5 HP Capacity from Foundation Channel after disconnecting Main Electric Supply from the Motor Starter Panel, dismantling Motor carefully for Checking, removing to Work-shop for repairing, Taking out burnt, Coils from the Slots of Stator, Other Accessories such as Ball Bearing, Rotor, Cleaning the Stator Slots and rewinding the same with New Supper Enameled Copper Winding Wire, Make - Devidayar with appropriate Gauge and Quantity, Heating, Varnishing with Doctor Beck's insulated Varnish, Re-assembling the same after changing theold with new Ball Bearing & refixing to Original Position after repairing from Workshop, Re- installation on existing Channel and Re-connecting to Electric Supply, Commissioning and Testing, complete all as specified and as directed.
