Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Dumping of Stone Including Cost of Stones

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 infoundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 Mix.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete incl. curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. Allworks upto plinth level1:1½:3 Mix.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing inposition and binding all complete upto plinth level

12 mm Cement plasterof mix:1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.
