Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable/erection of pole and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, excavated soil including leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of thickness not exceeding 25 cm in each layer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing the soil where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for cables protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying fly ash bricks of size 23x11x7cm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting ,taking out and removing from trenches/ducts/sleeve/on pole/wall etc existing UG XLPE insulated, armoured cable of any description, any size/core and in any position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective item.

Dismantling of existing PCC poles/ struts, any size carefully for reuse including necessary excavation demolition of concrete transportation cost etc. and removing the old unserviceable rubbish etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle iron sections etc and setting aside, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor of any size from existing overhead service feeder etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of insulators any type any size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated armoured LT cable, 1100 volts grade heavy duty with aluminium conductor of 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core sizes complete laid in trenches/pipe on road etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated armoured LT cable, 1100 volts grade heavy duty with aluminium conductor of 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core sizes complete laid in trenches/pipe on road etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated armoured LT cable, 1100 volts grade heavy duty with aluminium conductor of 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core sizes complete laid in trenches/pipe on road etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying & fixing in repair's GI light grade 40 mm dia pipe for cable protection laid in trenches/floor/roof and on the walls with all accessories, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for circuit / submain wiring alongwith earth wire in steel conduit with FR PVC insulated copper conductor , 2 x 1.5 Sqmm + 1 x 1.5 Sqmm single core (or Three core 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor) in surface complete including necessary MS clamps after taking down old u/s wiring of any condition, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in repair's junction box made of polycarbonate with IP 65 degree of protection, dust proof, water tight, light weight, acid resistant, corrosion proof inslated & shock proof, fire retardant, self extinguishing, halogen & silica free non-toxic material, UV resistant, with internally ebbedded gasket fitted with required connector/terminals for upto size 25 sqmm 4 core cable and hinged from Top and openable from down side and cable entry from sides or down including Glands and 10A SP MCB mounted on DIN rail for Street light connection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair's Gate / Post Top lantern LED light fitting of capacity 40 W die-cast aluminium body, 40 watt LED 5700K and toughened glass with all accessories, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair's GI Bracket of dia 25 mm light grade with 1.2 m length including fixing the fitting removed for changing the bracket and connection with existing wire etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate,finial taper plug,bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31(9.00 meters long), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair's street light timer panel including Digital Timer Switch, 40/63A 3 phase Contactor, MCB and wiring if any required with min 1 Sqmm copper conductor cable and instrument wiring with 1.5 Sqmm fine, terminal blocks etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for stay set /Pole/ FPB etc including fair finish even and fair to exposed surfaces without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole including necessary form work as required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil , charcoal dust , salt and PCC 1 : 2: 4 type B1 in chamber with RCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 cover slab with 6 mm dia mild steel bars at 100 mm centre to centre both ways and with 6 mm dia MS hook complete and testing of resistance complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pole painting surfaces of any description steel, iron etc exc 10cm in width or girth. After preparation of old surface of poles including pole fittings such as cross arms of any description, anti-climbing devices, nut, bolts etc. incl scrapping and rubbing etc and applying two coats of aluminum paint including numbering of poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
