Supply and fixing of dust and vermin proof cubical type LTCT metering box of size 3ft x 1 ft x 4ft made of 16SWG CRCA sheet steel with door, lock and key arrangement with angle iron support comprising of three compartments for 3 phase energy meter with base plate & view glass arrangements, bus bar arrangements with 1" x 1/4" insulated tinned Copper bus bar for 3phases & neutral with provision for CTs and sealing arrangements as per TNPDCL norms and 3nos 200A (500V) fuse units and MS cable entry box. The earth bus with two runs of 1" x 1/4" tinned copper flat must be run all round the panel to provide double earth connection.The buses should be mounted on the SMC bus insulators with proper spacing and should be provided with heat shrinkable sleeves using RYB & Black colours.The bus bar chamber should be segregated from the adjacent chambers by providing 12mm thick hylem sheet. Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissing of 2.0TR (6000K.cal/hr) ABS plastic split type AC units Conforming to IS.1391(part-2) with amendments up to date fitted with Rotary compressor operating on non-CFC refrigerant suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz single phase AC supply with star rating of 5 as per BEE specification and capable of performing the funtions of 1) Cooling 2) Dehumidifying 3) Air circulating 4) Filtering The installation work for the above split type AC units inculds the following 1. Mounting/fitting indoor and outdoor units at their respective locations. 2. Laying copper refrigerant pipe line of required length and connecting both units after drilling hole/holes in the wall if required. Thickness of the copper tubing shall not be less than 0.8 3. Insulating the suction pipe with expanded polythylene foam 8 mm tubing. 4. Laying 25 mm dia flexible PVC drain pipe to throw out the condensate water being formed with in indoor unit.

5. Leakage testing the entire system gas in the unit. 6. Charging refrigerant gas in the unit. 7. Supply, Testing Commissioning and Handing over of 58.5kVA Diesel Generator set with acoustic enclosure conforming to CPCB IV+ Norms and BIS Specifications with Standard Control Panel of 0.8 P.F. Three phase 415V/ 440 Volts, 50Hz, 1500 RPM CPCB Approved capacity developing 74 HP with acoustic enclosure water cooled clock wise rotating feed pump with 46.8KW/ 58.5KVA operating capacity brushless alternator close coupled underneath fuel tank standard safeties LLOP with stop solenoid battery with lead Electric start and vibration fitting and accessories and standard control panel as detailed below including transporting & unloading charges.

A. Engine Water cooled diesel engine suitable for Generator application conforming CPCBIV+ norms and IS standards with a shaft out put of 74 HP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions. The Engine shall comprise the following standard fitting flexible coupling fly wheel, air cleaner, fan blower, radiator, water pump, fuel filter, lubricating oil filter, etc. (B) 12 Volt Electronic starting Equipment: Complete with starter motor, dynamo, standard batteries with cable, flexible exhaust piping of 50cms length (C) Engine Instrument Panel / Mounted: Starting push botton / starting key, lubricating oil, temperature gauge, lubricating oil pressure gauge, water temperature gauge, safety control for low lubricating oil, pressure, safety control for high water temperature, safety control for over speed, hour meter (mechnical) and RPM indicator, battery charging ammeter. The engine should be capable of providing 10% over load for one hour for every 11 hours continuous at full load.

D)ALTERNATOR: 58.5kVA/46.8kW Capacity of brushless alternator, AC 3 phase, 50Hz, 415/420V, 0.8 PF, 1500 RPM under NTP conditions, conforming to CPCB IV+ Norms. E) STANDARD CONTROL PANEL : The standard control panel (cubical) should be vermin proof and dust proof best quality sheet steel of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet and floor mounted with suitable hinged glass doors and enamel painted. The panel should be microprocessor based complete with suitable Square/ Rectangular copper bus bars with internal connections and with necessary cables and other accessories and with tapings for the incoming supply from the alternator and for the outgoing supply to the load and incorporating Suitable MCCB and HRC fuses, Set of control fuses, etc. with following facilities.

G. Exhaust Gas Recirculation system arrangements as per CPCB IV+ norms as amended H. BASE FRAME: Base frame should be fabricated with MS channel frame of rigidly welded construction for mounting of generaor set. The engine and alternator should be coupled by suitably designed diaphragm type flexible coupling with guard and mounted on the base frame with proper alignment. I) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: The Acoustic enclosure, Self standing weather proof Acoustic canopy conforming CPCBIV+ norms floor mounting type with modular construction with the provision to assemble and dismantle easily and designed to suit all weather condtions and compliance to IS standards. Erection of acoustic enclosure suitable for 58.5KVA Diesel generator complete with all accessories as above and suitable supports etc. as approved by competent authority to suit updated CPCB norms.

J) Erection of generator set with proper alignment over the existing foundation. M)TESTING AND COMMISSIONING After the installation of DG set on its foundation, the DG set should be tested and commissioned with first charging of lubrication oil to its level, first charging of battery and run the set for eight hours on full load test complete. Output Voltage Range : 208V/220V/230V/240V AC 2. Voltage THD (Linear Load) : ≤2% 3. Voltage THD (Non-Linear Load) : ≤4% 4. Current THD : < 10% 5. Overload : >110%, 30s turn to Bypass mode; >150% instant turn to Bypass mode

Short Circuit protection : 5 cycles turn off inverter, no transfer to Bypass, provide Alarm (AC mode) ; 5cycles turn off inverter, provide Alarm (Battery mode), Input fuse blown or breaker action 7.
