General Conditions

1 Bidder shall not be under a declaration of ineligibilty for corrupt and fraudulant practices issued by government of karnataka

2 It shall be the resposnsibility of the bidder to ensure credit of tender processing fee and EMD if any into the respective receiving bank accounts of e- Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission

3 EMD (if any) Payments through e-payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection

4 All Other Conditions as per tender clause

5 The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The department shall not be responsible for non accessibility of KPPP Portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

6 Officers working in government or Govt organization or Corporation are not eligible for this condition, it is applicable even for officers on leave and deputation

7 The consultants may be removed from empanalment list for reasons mentioned below,1. Non availability of prescribed technical staff 2. fails to entrusted service in stipulated time and the sevices provided are found to be unsatisfactory 3. dues in incometax clearance/Fials in paying GST Clearance 4. producing False/fake documents for empanelment 5.Found to be having criminal records

8 Should have registered with Income Tax and GST

9 Including cost of all materials, Labour, HOM, Loading and Unloading, curing with all leads and liftsetc, Complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of the work

10 Expression of quotation for estimate purpose only

11 Rates quoted must be Excluding GST

12 Required quantities may increase or decrease based on rate and tender amount

5 IT Returns for the last three years

6 Agency has to quote rates as per Bid document to all items

2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 b) Satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as solar high mast related Items

Technical Criteria

1 The bidder shouhld have experienced in supplying of any solar high mast related items in past 3 years

2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 b) Satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as solar high mast related Items

3 Report on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit/loss statements and audit reports for last three years

4 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 a) financial turnover Certificate

5 Latest income tax certificate

6 Agency has to quote rates as per bid documents to all items
