M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on INTERNAL fair faces of Brick walls or on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth W/O using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on EXTERNAL fair faces or Brick walls or on concrete surfaces plastered surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC as per manufactare instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Dark shade/double charged/ultracharged Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but n.exc 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles including 15mm thick 1:6 cm screed bed for laying the floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Rendering or Bedding layer 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on walls for fixing tiles as skirtings, Dados, etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 8mm thick(square or rectangular) coloured joint free area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bedding layer of cement mortar in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L glazed coloured ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm set and jointed in white or coloured cement to match on vertical surfaces such skirting ,dados, rises to steps etc over & incl. 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar in 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 62 cm wide Udaypur green stone 15 to 18 mm thick. (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking plateform of size not less than 2 m in length, incl cutting for sink over 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 including roughing of existing surface and applying a coat of cement slurry @ 03 Kg/Sqm of surface and pointing with white cement 1:2 using marble dusts admixture of pigment to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Laying APP (atatic polypropylene) modified membrane 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm with 160 GSM/sqm, non woven polyester mat as center core reinforcement, laid with 75 mm side over lap and 100mm end over lap, the membrane has to be laid with LPG tourch and over lap sealed and finished neat over roof including a coat of bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per sqm over APP membrane and applying one coat of Aluminium paint on top of APP Membrane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface including complete removal by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulded, moss, efflorscent salt, trading oil and greasy spots and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) on walls over 2mm thick plaster of paris putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Should be Minimum 3 star rated under BEE Label) 2. all items for fixing ACs such as Metal Stand for fixing external unit, PVC pipe 1/2'' for extension of drain pipe provided by contractor and rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 amps 240 volts complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and Install automatic copper wound voltage stabilizer for low and high voltage correction equipped with electronic transistorised relay suitable for connection on single phase 50 HZ AC supply, designed for input voltage of 170 to 250 V and output voltage stablized at 215 to 240 V of Capacity 3 KVA complete with digital voltmeter and ammeter with time delay relay of 2-3 Minute complete all as specified and directed.
