Overhauling and serviceing commercial type washing machine steam heated front loading type 20/30 Kg capacity automatic type with all controls and electric motors, contactors,drives, controller, single phase preventor, MCBs, timers, NO/NC contacts, thermal overload relay, HRC fuse and along with same size for drying tumbler complete with induction motors complete with attending minor issues as below complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. MAKE - Fabcare/Stafab or equivalent. (a) Accumulation of residual water in washing drum. (b) Leakage of compressed air in washing machine. (c ) Unlocking of programming controller/display. (d) Fixing of vibration of washing machine. (e ) water heating problem of washing machine. (f) Calibration of various programme as per the user requirement. Note:- All the minor items rates demend to be included in quoted rates.

Supply only 240 V PCB controller with relay card for steam heated drying tumbler microprocessure based with built in reversing timer for forward and reverse control of motor, temperature controller, digital timer, user customizable programs for drying tumbler complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:- Fabcare/ Stefab or equivalent.

Supply only pneumatic operated single solenoid valve (10 mm to 20mm) 220 volts with PU fittings including all accessories as specified and directed. Model-TG2521-08 Make:- Fabcare/ Stefab or equivalent.

Supply only PU pipe 4mm including all accessories as specified and directed. Make:- Fabcare/ Stefab or equivalent.

Supply only 25mm water solenoid valve 220 volts including all accessories as specified and directed. Make:- Fabcare/ Stefab or equivalent.

Supply only water level switch 220 V for 20/30 kg industrial washing machine including all accessories as specified and directed. Make:- Fabcare/ Stefab or equivalent.

Supply only pneumatic limit switch 20/30 kg 220 V industrial washing machine including all accessories as specified and directed. Make:- Fabcare/ Stefab/ Supershine/ Xsoni system pvt ltd or equivalent.
