SUPPLY AND FIXING OF RAISNG MAIN (The design, material, manufacture, inspection and testing of pipe and valves shall comply with the requirement of latest edition of codes and standard as specified or BS, IS and ASME as applicable)

Design supply installation testing and commissioning of ISI marked DN 200MM, HDPE pipe (flanged) as per IS 4984:2016 to correct alignment and gradients, cutting , jointing with all fittings, ISI marked couplings, tees, long radius bends as per ground profile, etc including earthwork complete in all respect.

Dismantling all the existing MS pipes(Old/Damaged/Rusted) from the saddle blocks and anchor block and keep into the divisional store at Kurbathang.

The job includes cost involved on account of trench cutting, casting in situ of 2x2x3=0.34 Cum (average volume) saddle blocks of M15 mix, 20 mm crushed aggregate, at a regular span of 06 RM each and 3x3x6=1.53Cum RCC anchor block. The job also includes cost of materials, carriage, head loads, centering, shuttering, strutting, anchoring bolts and MS strips etc.
