Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50(fifty) metres lead Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in cement concrete grade 1:3:6 (one cement :three coarse sand :six graded stone aggreate) 20 mm(Twenty milimillter) norminal size grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering upto plinth level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand) : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size for All work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one point five coarse sand: three graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty millimetre) nominal size) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel reinforcement (Tata Tiscon/sail make) for Reinforced cement concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 60mm (sixty millimetre) thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 (M- thirty) grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm (fifty millimetre) thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 600x600 mm (six hundred into six hundred millimetre)full body charged vitrified floor tiles (Kajaria, NITCO, Somany, Oient, RAK, Johnson & Johnson) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% (zero point zero eight percent) and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm(twenty millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 (one cement :four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm(three point three kilogram per ten square metre) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing stainless steel(Tata/Sail make, JINDAL) ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in- charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
