Excavation in trenches for taking out, laying of pipes and cables not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as directed. (Surplus soil if any shall not be removed but left proud over the trench) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/out cast iron water mains of 80/100mm bore including all fittings with spigot and socketed ends or flanged ends including burning out lead joints or dismantling flanged joints for pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying pipe ductile iron 100 MM dia spigot ends including special class "K-7" centrifugally cast confirming to IS-8329 specification with mettalic zinc spray with Bituminious coating outside and cement mortar lining, in any length laid in trenches with and including necessay rubber gasket confirming to IS : 15382/ tyton joint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing / thin walled Flexible Quite coupling galvanised steel /ZRW/HFW/ERW pipe of size 40 mm (1 1/2") and 50 mm (2") complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing / thin walled Flexible Quite coupling galvanised steel /ZRW/HFW pipe of size 25 mm (1") complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing / thin walled Flexible Quite coupling galvanised steel /ZRW/HFW pipe of size 15(1/2") and 20 (3/4") complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Galvanized steel water tubing of 20 mm (3/4”) dia , medium grade , screwed and socketed joints with and including all required fittings as in trenches, floors, on walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Galvanized steel water tubing of 25 mm (1”) dia , medium grade , screwed and socketed joints with and including all required fittings as in trenches, floors, on walls etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Galvanized steel water tubing of 40 mm (1 1/2/”) dia , medium grade , screwed and socketed joints with and including all required fittings as in trenches, floors, on walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note for ser item No 03 to 11 :- (a) In case diversion of pipe line reqd due to bldg, stone road,foot path, under tree and any other reason sch of credit will not be deducted. (b) If any new connection reqd upto a length of 20 to 30 mtr extra contractor will not claim for any credit. (c) If any damage done by contractor during excavation of pipe line same will be repair by him without any extra cost.

Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valves ISI marked with hand wheel suitable for cast iron pipeDuctile iron of 100 mm bore, both ends flanged rating PN-1.0 with SS spindle as in repairs including jointing with New MS nuts and bolts, washers and gasket etc all as per IS No. 14846 complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fix Gun-metal, globe or gate valves,with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for constructing of brick masonary pits of internal dimensions 0.9 mtr x 0.9 mtr x .9 mtrs ( bottom PCC floor of the pit should be minimum 30 cms below the bottom surface of sluice valve flange to provide sufficient working space) , bottom floor of the pit be constructed in PCC (1:3:6) 15 cms thick with 20 mm stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 MM thick. The sluice valve and other fittings should be housed in center of the pit. the vertices of the pit should in right angle and champhered .The top cover of the pit will be made out of MS sheet min 5mm thick witth angle iron frame made out of MS angle 50mm x50 mmx 6 mm with galvanised steel hindges two nos ,and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of water resistant synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of road / PCC path upto the depth of pipes and making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 (40mm aggregate) using extra cement including earth work complete all as specified and directed

Boring of holes under Road/Hard Standing for passing of water pipe line upto 200 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for ductile iron fitting such as bend (any type , radius and angle ) taper any type (straight , bend , increasing, decreasing or double socket etc ) tee pieces , single branch 'Y' junction , double branch, cross (all socket or socket and spigot) collar, caps and plugs suitable for upto 300 mm bore centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pressure pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of LED Flood light fittings of capacity 120 watts IP-66 , complete with accessories and mountig clamp including suitable nut/bolts/washers etc complete all as specified and directed. at site. M&L for iron frame work of 40 mm dia light grade GI tube suitable for circular symmetrically design of dia not less than 1.5 mtrs, duly arranngement of fitting 04 Nos LED Flood light fittings of capacity 120 watts and mounting arrangements of frame on steel tublar pole complete with MS clamp bolts and nuts, duly painting of structure with 2 coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded mixed coloured any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade laid over 25mm thick sand cushioing complete all as specified and directed. Note.- Rate of sand cushioning shall be deemed to included in quoted rates.
