M&L for supply, installation testing and commissioning of Belt Conveyor system 27 Mtr with 6 mm belt, belt coveyor system 3 mtr, control panel with VFD unit including complete assessories, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note 1. Supplying, laying, jointing and testing underground cable PVC XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed LT 1100 volts grade (heave duty) with aluminium conductor 3.5 core, 50 Sqmm, confirming to IS-1554, laid in ducts/ through pipes, in floor, on poles, in trenches, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-Clamps, GI Pipes, excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection cover shall be measured and paid for separately.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth, for oundation etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 in depth and getting out Hard/ Dense Soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25m, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the strating point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Sand cushioning to underground cables 8 cm below the cable before laying & 15 cm above the cable after laying in clause 19.75 of SSR, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness only to be measured for payment.

M&L factory made, machine pressed, unreinforced, pre-cast concrete cable cover class LV type-I flate size 250x 150x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F sheet metal enclosure TPN for DBs with 200 Amps bus bar of 6 way 415 volts with blank plate double door, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MCB TPN 63 Amp 415 Volts C Curve, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of fully automatic air break star delta motor starter capacity 3 HP,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of fully automatic air break direct-on-line motor starter Capacity 1 HP, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVCtape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulated hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular 16 Sqmm 2 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note- Since the tender uploaded without any category of work mentioned in NIT except tender class, The preference shall be given to bidders who had completed similar nature of work earlier satisfactory.
