Dismantling of stone slabs in roofs, suspended floors, chajjas, landings, existing stone slab manhole cover/soakge well/septic tank in any situation/position etc., any description, any thickness, jointed in any mortar, complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron, wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over area not exceeding 1.50m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and averaging 21cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm, depth not exceeding 50mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/filling with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to required level, gradient and camber including filling in depressions which occur during the process of rolling, watering as necessary, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exc. 30cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and consolidated formation surfaces by using exe 8 tonne roller & not exc 12 tonne roller and finishing to required size, shape, etc., not exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Soling (or sub base) 200mm thick (spread thickness) in two layer of 100mm spread thickness each layer and sonsolidated with broken boulders or quarried stone (Granite, Trap, Basalt), interstices filled of grading 1 (90 to 45 mm size), surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM, in two layers (75mm thick each layer) with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt stone of grading 2 (63 mm to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), blinded with screening of hard stone of grading ‘A’, spread, watered and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, hollows made upto form true surface and consolidated to required gradient and camber etc, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing surfaces of Unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc including sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaning surface free from dust and mud, sunken surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt existing road surfaces, and making good applying evenly a tack coat of paving bitumen primer of grade VG-10 at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm, over paving bituminous macadam complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud and bushes near road side etc including sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaning surface free from dust and mud, sunken surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt existing road surfaces, and making good applying evenly a tack coat of paving bitumen primer of grade VG-10 at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, over paving bituminous macadam complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing, laying, spreading 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) of premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) with crushed and graded coarse aggregates as per design based on Job mix formula with 5.5% bitumen binder content (bitumen of Grade VG-30) by weight of total mix including heating bitumen to the required temperature, mixing bituminous concrete in automatic and temperature controlled hot mixing plant, laying, spreading uniformly by means of Mechanical paver and rolling and consolidating to the required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and Vibromax roller to a uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Job mix formula shall be approved by GE. (ii) Paving bitumen primer of Grade VG-30 for semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be used and shall be procured by the contractor under his own arrangement and at his own cost. (iii) Computerised print out of data of bituminous concrete in automatic and temperature controlled hot mixing plant shall be provided to the GE by contractor.

M&L for providing, laying, spreading premix bituminous macadam with crushed and graded stone aggregate mixed together with 4% of paving bitumen of grade VG-30 by weight of total mix including heating bitumen to the required temperature, mixing bituminous macadam in automatic and temperature controlled hot mixing plant, laying, spreading by means of mechanical paver and rolling and consolidating to the required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Job mix formula of premix bituminous macadam shall be approved by GE.

M&L for Thermo plastic road marking 2.5mm thick painting compound of white / yellow (lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on newly or previously treated road surfaces) not exc 10cm wide on bitumen road/pavement & on concrete surfaces with road safety spikeries glass beads including preparation of newly or previously treated road surfaces and applying paint by using special applicator machine with heating arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 110mm x 120mm x 24mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Solar cat eye of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65 mm), aluminium alloy shell, electronically operated automatically turns ON at night and turns OFF at day, high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel 2.4 V / 0.3 Watt, one Ni-Mh or Ni-Cd rechargeable battery (1.2 V / 1600 MA), six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd (Millicandela), view distance upto 1000m, flash rate 2 Hz, capable to withstand weight upto 10 tonne, unbreakable poly carbonate clear facing designed for maintenance free operation, 100% water proof design according to IP-65, Red or Amber colour, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F delineator with ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate) and mounted on mild steel pipe of 50mm dia duly powder coated, anti rust & anti theft steel net, overall 600mm height, delineator shall be fixed in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block of size 150x150x300mm deep, including necessary excavation & earthwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing aluminium backed flexible prismatic sheeting, consisting of yellow/black coloured flexible prismatic sheet with non mettalic prismatic lens as retro reflective elements and confirming to ASTM D4946 type VI specifications for reboundable retro reflactive sheeting. The prismatic sheet shall be laminated at the back with 50 micron aluminium foil sensitive adhesive and liner with screen printed arrow/ slant pattern in yellow/ black colour. The AFP shall be applied with adhesive, the edge of the sheeting shall be sealed all around with epoxy based structural adhesive and shall be extremely resistant to pill off complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning using unwashed dry river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :-(i) Approved unwashed dry river sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) burnt clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying DWP HDPE pipe of pressure rating PN-10 of size 100mm for the protection of the cable passing through road crossing etc including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing etc by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine without disturbing the top surface suitable for passing the HDPE protection pipe / cables, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable route indicator made out of 50x50x6mm angle iron, 150mm long embedded in PCC block of suitable size with the letter 'LT Cable' suitable inscribed on CI circular plate 8mm thick, 100mm dia including taking down old existing route indicator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing to equipments / panels etc with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized mild steel strip 32x6 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/ welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to transformer / GOD / Panel / equipment body / test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning factory made (including CPRI type test certified manufacturer) LT Panel box (KIOSK), outdoor type (cubical type), platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase & neutral, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars of 300 Amps rating in colour code RYB with 3 phase & neutral installed on porcelain insulators with bus bar chamber shall be provided with inspection covers, each MCCB/cubical switch and both side openable. The panel shall be dust & vermin proof, protection and made out of CRCA sheet of 3.15mm thick, powder coated finish on outside & inside surfaces (approved shade), double door (front & rear), including connections between main bus bar to outgoing MCCB/MCB shall be carried out by copper bus bar 300 Amps and above MCCB & below 63 Amp by 16 sqmm copper cable, in two shalves with provision of rubber beading and front opening type with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter & locking arrangement {including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys}, dange notice board in front and rear sidesand MS angle iron frame work (made out of 50mmx50mmx6mm thick), frame legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, legs grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including internal wiring with PVC insulated, solid copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 16 sqmm with proper ferrule & cable gland complete including taking down old existing LT panel and also comprising of the following:- (Description of serial item No. 41.00 contd…)
