Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying/taking out of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Material and labour, for sub class `B’ bricks (old size), laid flat and dry perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, in trenches over the cable for protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying only well burnt brick sub class 'B' old size brick laid dry in trenches with width equal to the length of the brick , complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bricks are to be reused retrived during the cable taking out against respective items.

Material and labour for Boring hole under road/ pavement / hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique & necessary machine for inserting HDPE pipe of 50MM dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure, rate for HDPE pipe shall be included in quoted rate, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for cable protection, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement including all fittings and taking out old and removal, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Tata/Jindal/Surya pipe

Supply and fixing in replacement of factory made LT feeder pillar box of size 750mmx750mmx600mm cubical outdoor type, weather proof, fabricated with 3.15mm thick MS sheet, welded on 40mmx40mmx6mm angle iron frame having 04 legs 60cm long below frame grouted in ground with PCC 1:2:4, alongwith 4 strip copper bus bar (200Amp, 1100Volts, 600mm long duly sleeved with relevant coloured -01 Set), with locking arrangements, bottom space for cable entry with and including painted dark shed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement junction box made out MS sheet of size 450mmx400mmx250mm, comprising with MCB SP 6Amp - 01 No, aluminium bus bar of strip size not less than 25x5mm and fixing clamps-02 nos including necessary MS nut, bolts, cable glands etc , complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells/Legrand/ABB/HPL

Material and labour, earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized iron strip of size 25mmx4mm thick (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40mm dia bore, and watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI light grade with funnel & wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, complete including taking out the existing u/s earthing materials all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI strip and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

Taking out existing LT panels and LT bus bar chamber after taking shut down, disconnecting the LT cables and keep aside and grouting panels on PCC platform at a height of 75cm above ground level and connecting with LT cables with aluminium lugs of existing size of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement aluminium lugs for LT cable of size 25Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement aluminium lugs for LT cable of size 35Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement aluminium lugs for LT cable of size 50Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable 4.0Sqmm with cable thimble/lugs made of copper in surface/recessed as required for LT panel repair with necessary fixture as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable 6.0Sqmm with cable thimble/lugs made of copper in surface/recessed as required for LT panel repair with necessary fixture as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable 10.0Sqmm with cable thimble/lugs made of copper in surface/recessed as required for LT panel repair with necessary fixture as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rewiring of LT panel with10Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable alongwith copper lugs of suitable size, , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED indicator lamp in RYB colour, complete all as specified and directed. Make- AE/L&T/HPL

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs.211780.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
