Servicing/maintenance of passenger lifts (16 Passenger (one lift) Lift No-1) Make - M/s OTIS Elevator Company (India) Pvt Ltd installed at GH including carrying out daily check and periodical servicing by rep of OEM of the lift by topping up oil in gear box and greasing all required parts i.e. sliding parts, railing etc, cleaning of car top and lift pit, electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device including cleaning,checking,tightening of all nut&bolts,electric connection,alingment of rope, greasing as required, also diagnosing and removing of fault as and when occurred by replacing the unserviceable parts like machine motors, generators ropes,invertor systems and controller parts to be inclusive of printed circuit boards, sub components inclusive of belts,rollers,gears,bearings,solenoids,coils,chocks.break shoes,liners,contacts,contactors,relays,coil,push buttos,door operators VVVF drive, car door safety device limit switches,governor,hoist way door locks,indicators,alarm bell, door sensors and minor/major mechanical parts including taking out of old unserviceable parts and fixing new parts, connecting, testing, commissioning and making to lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible time all as specified and directed. (Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all the provisions mentioned at Srl No 27 (i) to (xx) of Schedule 'A' Notes on tender page No 19 and 20. Nothing extra shall be paid on above provisions) (For the first year from date of acceptance of contract)
