Supply & Installation of silent CPCB IV approved 15 KVA NTP Disel generating set having diesel engine, Electric start, four stroke, cold starting, Tci Aspirated, compression ignition, totally enclosed diesel engine with electronic governor direct coupled with15 KVA Three phase alternator at 1500RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor, providing three phase 415 Volts suitable for 50HZ, H class insulated winding Close-direct-coupled, self-excited and self-regulated type screen protected., mounted on rigid MS sheet channel base-frame. The alternator shall confirm to IS : 13364, IS 4722, BS5000, IEC:34 and suitable for tropical condition, having fitted inside canopy fabricated out og 1.6mm CRCA sheet, cubical type, totally enclosed, powder coated, control panel and all accessories in-housed in a acoustic enclosure- sound proof canpoy. The DG set will be capable of oprating in temp range of (-) 35 degree centigrade to (+) 35 degree centigrade at an altitude of 4350 mtrs above mean sea level (MSL) complete with and including the following.

(A) Diesel Engine :- Adequate capacity of Diesel Engine as accepted by the accepting officer based on Manufactures technical details to drive independently above alternator and by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylender multi stroke direct injection, Cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS-5514 with an overload capacity of 10% foe half an hour in 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under. i) Fly wheel with housing ii) Cooling system - Moulded radiator with fan & belts iii) DELETE

iv) Exhaust system - Exhaust system complete with exhaust piping of 150mm dia with MS pipe light grade upto & outside and 1 meter away from the enclosure, covered with asbestos rope and aluminium foil of complete within the enclosure for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclosure. (D) Generator monitoring control panel: Comprising of al standard items as mentioned under this scheduleor as per standard practice ignition key switch and start/stop arrangement, indicators for engine parametes, hour run meter, RPM meter, Engine oilpressure indicator, water/coolent temparature indicator, Batery volt display including suitable size MCCBs and multifunction meter. x) Safety controls : Enginelow lube oil pressure high water temparature and over speeding of engine. xi) Coupling arrangement : Flexible coupling, fly wheel to suit flexible coupling. xii) Accessories : AVM pads built or seperately mounted to manufacturer base frames xiii) Base frame : Made out of ISMC 250 of sturdy design madeof MS channel with necessory reinforcement and predetermined holes. xiv) MS pipe to and from the fuel tank to the DG Set.

(E) Alternator : Standard design alternator rated at 15KVA, net output at NTP at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3-phase 4-wire 415 Volts 50 HZ, 1500 RPM self exicited self regulated screen protected drip of IP 23 enclousure brushless design with widing in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of + 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load .The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be inposition to generate supply wit frequecy regulation with in + 1% tolerace. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/5000/IS - 4722. i) Insulation class - 'H' ii) Temparature rise class - 'H' iii) Excitation : Self excited iv) Regulation perfomance : The voltage is kept constant with + 1%, manual voltage adjustment with + 5%. v) Frequency regulation + 1% (F) Civil works : All civil works including PCC plat form & covered shed as per manufacturers design also 30cm above the ground . The depth of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer.

(G) Rubber matting of LV grade 19mm thickof suitable size chequered type ISI marked to be laid in front of controlpanel should be provided. Note: The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing for final testing of DG set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer. (H) Accoustic Enclousure : Manufacturedb by OEM suitable for 15 KVA DG set. i) NAL approved as per CPCB ii) It should be as per latest rules and regulations of ministry of environment and forest and pollution control board. iii) The generating set battaries and control panel should be inside the enclousure. iv) Fuel tank should be outside the enclosure in the sub station building. v) The accoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit. vi) The battaries should be placed inside the enclousure beside the DG set on a suitable insulatedplat form. vii) The DG set should be provided with external emergency stop push button. viii) The enclosure shoudbe suitably illuminated by suitable capacity of LED fittings/ xi) The noise level should be 75 db ar 1m under free field conditions. xii) The accoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade shouldbe Genset Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade. xiii) Fuel tank as per manufacturer recommendation with inlet and outlet connections and fuel level indicator. xiv) Base frame made out of suitable MS channels duly reinforced and provided with adequate numbers of anti-vibration pads to ensure minimum vibration as recommended by manufacturer.

NOTE ; (i) The Generator set prime mover willproduce at least 11 BHP on 15 KVA (ii) The quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary holes to wall including making good to distrbed surfaces so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified and directed. iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first filling of lubricant oil. iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclisive of 12 hours test run at site including of half an hour on 10% overhead in prwsence of representative detailed by accepting officer including FOL, all arrangements are to br made by the contractor for tests. (v) Provision of programmable timer for running bothDG set in alternate is included in the rates.

Supply laying & testing and commisioning from existing SWT to purposed SWT of Ductile iron (DI) class K-7 pressure pipe spigot and socket pipe centrifugally cast medium grade ISI marked with all fittings such as elbow, bends, rubber gasket joint, sockets, nipples, Tee and union etc complete laid in trenches for the 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix air release valve double headed for 80mm dia and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation andtesting puping set centrifugal Monoblock electric driven complete with all acccessories completeof capacity 5 HP 3 phase inclusive of staeter and PCC foundation complete using cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mmgraded stone aggregate including all GI fittings required at site like Tee, Bend, Elbow etc. The discharge of pump 420 lpm and head 16m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for valve chamber foundation with 230mm thick brick wall in CM 1:6, 75mm thick coping in PCC 1:4:8 (Type B-1) , 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 overall internal and external wall surface, 50x50x5mm thick MS angle iron frame and 3.0 mm thick MS chequered plate cover with hinges and necessary locking arrangements painting with two coats of synthetic enamelpaint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed including dismantling and removing of existing damaged chamber except PCC foundation of internal size 900mmx900mm. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install, connecting, testing and commissioning cubicle compartmentalised outdoor type LT section pillar box size 0.6mx0.6mx0.45m, factory made, front and rear opening with locking arrangement, dust and vermin proof, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet partition 2mm with canopy and base frame and mild steel angle iron stand, overall finished with Epoxy Coating, suitable for operation on 415 Volts, 50Hz, AC supply, includimg earthig stud, labelling etc and section pillar box shall comprising the following complete including fixed in position with PCC foundation 1:4:8 plateform, connect with electric supply complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Provn of painring and numbering i.e applying one coat of black bitumenous paint on embedded portion, making five numbers alternative white & black strips 30cm height each (upto 1.50 metre height from top of PCC coping) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and painting the remaining external surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and numbering to the poles with synthetic enamel paint etx shall be deemed to be including in the quoted rate of above item.

Supply and fixing junction box PVC with locking arrangement of size (31cmx28cmx16cm) including 01 Nos 6 Amp SP MCB, 2 Nos bus bar of suitable size with suitable number of holes fixed on street light pole with suitable MS clamps all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
