Supply,installing,commissioning and testing in replacement of LT Panel/ LT feeder pillar outdoor type front and rear openable of dimension ( height and length )as per specified by manufacturer and the width/depth for sides of the panel shall not be less than 600 mm ,CPRI certified factory made cubical type weather and vermin proof fixed on and including ventilation and louvers arrangement with angle iron frame of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm, pedestial type and provided with four Nos of angle iron supports ( size of legs 750mm) duly embedded in foundation by PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and as directed at site fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet with the degree of protection IP-65 and including duly painted powder coated ( 7 Tank Process) and keeping adequate working space inside of the box and double door handle including front mounted cabinet,with locking arrangement wih keys & countersunk holes at bottom for base mounting brackets and sheet steel gland plates for cable entry, formed neoprene rubber gasket around doors as directed before manufacturing the panel including Bus bar compartment duly covered and of following capacity and type with stainless steel nut bolts washers and spares holes with nut bolts on each bus bar and duly covered with shrinkable PVC sleeves as per colour coding ie Red, Yellow, Blue and Black & mounted on DMC / epoxy insulator and making connection of cables with appropriate size of lugs and cable glands and also two No danger Notice plate fixed on panel , two Nos air vent with PVC air pocket filter fixed on sides & The panel shall be prewired with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor cable not less than 2.5 sqmm, multistranded complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of MS busbar chamber outdoor type fabricated out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA steel sheet of nominal dimension 900 mm x 600 mm x 450 mm duly provided with aluminimum busbar colour coded insulted sleeves (RYBN ) of size 50 mm x 6mm fixed on porcelain insulators ,TPN type 415 Volts , 50 Hz , outdoor weather/vermin proof with both way opening (front & Rear) duly provided with neoprene rubber gasket along the doors openingswith pedestal type duly painted powder coated on CRCA steel sheet encloser complete with grouting of bus bar chamber in ground by using angle iron frame of size 40mm x 40mm x 5mm, (height of legs 600 mm) grouted with PCC (1:2:4) type C-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate and the bus bar with 04 sets of holes with SS nut bolts & washers all as specified and directed incl making connection /thimbles etc complete.

Supply and erect in replacement of 6 mtr long Hot dip galvanised octagonal pole with 130mm bottom A/F and 70mm top A/F made up of 3 mm thick HT steel plate having base plate of 220x220x12mm thick alongwith single arm bracket of 1000 mm length made up of 48.3x3.25mm thick plate, 4 Nos M20 x 700 mm GI 'J' type foundation with door opening 0.90 X 350 mm, with bolts,nuts, with template, bakelite sheet box with 01 no 6 A SP MCB and stand type terminal block suitable for 4 core 16 sqmm cable complete.

M&L for RCC foundation of grade M20 (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 stone/brick aggregate) of size 550mm x 550mm x 1400mm out of which 1200mm shall be below F.G.L.(Finished Ground Level) using 4 no. 12mm dia steel reinforcement of grade Fe-415 with 50 mm clear cover to reinforcement and rings using 8mm dia steel reinforcement @ 190 C/C using shuttering, along with supply & installation of 2 nos. of 63mm dia PVC pipe for cable entry and cable exit. 4 no. 'J' type foundation bolts shall be anchored in the foundation (PCD of 205 mm) in such a way that 125mm length of bolt is projected above foundation. It includes water curing as required and soil excavation & backfilling. It also includes supply of all material and labour including erection of foundation at Site complete all as specified and as directed.
