Dismantling of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cms thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floors, path/ paving etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Hard core of stone (granite/ basalt/ trap) boulders or broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid) ISI marked of make as approved by GE complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for formwork to faces of walls, abutments, parapets & staircases, railing and other similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed. (Note for Srl item Nos 10 and 11 above :- Design of Static Water Tank (SWT) shall be submitted by contractor duly vetted from Government Engineering College/NIT/MNIT before commencement of the work and the cost thereto is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against these items.)

M&L for moorum/ red bajri, spread, levelled and rammed including watering as required not exceeding 15 cm thick complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per Manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as "supply only" against relevant item of this BOQ.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including a coat of cement base primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M-30 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, footing, plinth beams, bases for columns, mass concrete and the like etc for boundary wall complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for RCC design mix M-30 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in walls, parapets wall, basement wall at any thickness above the top of the footing including attached pilasters, buttresses etc. complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors,gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 150 mm wide Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) water bar conforming to IS 3370 (Part -I) :2009 etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying evenly tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 kg/sqm after cleaning the surfaces over & including a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre/ sqm consisting of 3/4 part bitumen of grade 85/25 and 1/4 part of kerosene oil complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 50 mm bore medium grade galvanised steel tubes with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floor complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix 80mm bore medium grade galvanised steel tubes with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floor complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying, laying, connecting and testing ductile iron pipe, 100 mm nominal dia, with spigot and socket ends, Class K-9, conforming to IS-8329-2000 and suitable for push on joints, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this BOQ.

M&L for construction of brick masonary valve pit, internal dimensions 1000X1000X1200 mm, ( bottom of the pit should be minimum 30 cm below from sluice valve flange to provide sufficient working space), and bottom floor of the pit be constructed in PCC(1:3:6) 150 mm thick with 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 mm thick and brickwork shall be 230 mm thick in CM 1:4 and coping with PCC 1:2:4 type B1, 50 mm thick including necessary formwork and 3 coat of white wash, the sluice valve and other fittings should be housed in center of pit, the vertices of the pit should be in right angle and chamferred, the top cover of the pit shall be made out of MS sheet, minimum 2 mm thick, with angle iron frame made out of MS angle 50 mmX50 mmX6 mm with galvanized steel hinges (two nos) and locking arrangement duly painted with two coat of water resistant synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting existing DI water main 100 mm dia in position for inserting tee/specials for branch connection of 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed ( Each cut measured).

S&F sluice valve Class PN 1.0 suitable for 100mm nominal dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F CI Tee /specials of required size complete all as specified.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs. 37,300 to be deducted during AOC
