Taking down carefully unserviceable aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including unserviceable fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor or ceiling to match with existing surface and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing as per existing complete all as specified and directed.
