Servicing/overhauling of open type Compressor Unit of capacity 28 TR (Make : Kirloskar Pneumatic) after complete dismantling compressor unit to its smallest components/parts in presence of MES representative and display all the parts/ components of compressor for inspection of Engineer-in-Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts including carrying out maintenance and check as per the Maintenance Manual along with the following other repairs :- (a) Draining out of compressor oil, charging and refilling after repair/ servicing. (b) Dismantling of heads of compressor, replacement of gasket, repairs head assembly by adjusting valves and replacement of worn out components complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Dismantling, de-carbonizing and degreasing of all parts such as piston assembly, heads, crank case, crank shaft, etc. (d) Checking all rotary and stationery parts (existing) for its smooth functioning.
