GE I R AND D/CHD-46/2026-27 RENOVATION TO SETTING UP AND COMMISSIONING OF PROJECT DATA CENTRE AT DGRE SECTOR 37-A CHANDIGARH

Taking down existing old unsv copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS insulated copper conductor single core cable in recessed (concealed) medium class suitable size conduit as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No 19.125 of SSR Part I, ISI marked, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. (Group C) Note: (i) The rate of cutting chases required for concealing the PVC conduits alongwith the fittings / fixtures like elbow, bends , conduit, metal flush boxes, modular cover plate with frame, modular switches etc. and making good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted and nothing extra shall be paid for this. (ii) Fan regulator shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item.

Supply and fixing for modular switch one way 6 Amp,1 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for modular socket, 6 amps-3 pin combined, 2 Module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for modular switch , one way, 16 amps, one module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for modular socket 16 amps-6 pin multipin, 2 Module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for DBOXx MCB protected socket , single phase, with MCB 20 Amps 'C' curve with sheet metal enclosure 4 module recessed/concealed in wall suitable for AC and other electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 3 module (100mmX75mm) modules, GI box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc. as required.(For power socket and 5 A indp socket) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and draw sub main wiring of two run with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS copper conductor single core multi stranded flexible copper cable 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS-694 using approved colour code as per IS code drawn through non metallic rigid PVC heavy duty conduit in concealed after cutting the chases of suitable size conduit as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No 19.125 of SSR Part I, ISI marked including conduit and accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc fixed concealed with all accessories suitable for modular type fitment along with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100V (green color) as continuous earth lead wire connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The rate of cutting chases required for concealing the PVC conduits alongwith the fittings / fixtures like elbow, bends , conduit,and making good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted and nothing extra shall be paid for this. (ii) Two runs of single core cable with one run of earth continuity conductor including PVC conduit and accessories shall be measured and paid as one unit (RM) including making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial Item No. 9 above but for 2x4.0 Sqmm+1x4.0 Sqmm earth wire -ditto-.
