Supply and installation of artificial UV resistanat polyethylene synthetic grass with rigid monofilment yarn, minimum 40mm pile height. The turf should have minimum 40mm Pile Height made of POLYETHYLENE Monofilament & Pile weight minimum 900 g/m2 and above and stitched rate minimum @ 120/ mtr or above. The turf should have Dtex/Denier >=12300. The Primary backing of turf should be made of 100% POLYPROPYLENE, minimum weight 240 gram/m2 and above with Coating with Carboxylated SBR Latex appr. 1200 gr/m2 or Butadiene Styrene with weight of 900 g/sqm and total backing wt should not be less than 1140 g/sqm or as approved by FIFA under FIFA Quality Category. The infill must be 22-25Kg Silica Sand, minimum 7kg & above SBR Rubber Granules. The line marking shall be stitched tufted material (Painted lines are not acceptable). The rate is inclusive of All applicable taxes, Lavies, Octoria, transportation loading/unloading complete Including Maintenance of 5 years by way of brushing and adding infill as and when required.
