(The quality of tiles shall be got approved from the EE before use)

Plastering with CM 1:5 (one of cement and five of sand) 12mm thick finished with neat cement including providing band cornice, ceiling cornice, curing, scaffolding etc., complete in all respects and complying with standard specifications.

Painting the walls with one coats of approved best weather shield premium 100% ACTYLIC exterior antifungal emulsion for exterior walls with one coat of primer including cost of paints, putty, brushes, watering, curing, etc., all complete as directed by the departmental officers (paints and its shade shall be got approved from the Executive Engineer before using)
