Earthwork in excavation in the canals / drainage channels / borrow pits / River bed / slope of bank as noted below as per designed section & throwing the spoils in layers of 25 cm. for making banks as per profile or to deposit the same in any other place within an initial lead of 30 metre and initial lift of 1.5 metre including breaking clods, rough dressing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a) Ordinary soil / local soil / soil mixed with moorum or kankar / silt, dry or moist / slushy silt / sticky soil.

Extra rate over Item Nos.1.01, 1.02.01, 1.02.02, 1.02.03, 1.02.04 & 1.03 for all kinds of soil for every additional lead of 30 metres or part thereof beyond the initial lead of 30 metres.

Extra rate over Item Nos.1.01, 1.02.01, 1.02.02, 1.02.03, 1.02.04 & 1.03 for all kinds of soil for every additional lift of 1.50 metre or part thereof beyond the initial lift of 1.50 metre.

Supplying Nylon cage netting of size 1.0 metre x 1.0 metre x 0.40 metre size with knot having mesh size 17.5 cm x 17.5 cm constructed with nylon thread (210 x 24) having tensile strength not less than 250 Kg. / sq. cm. including carriage, delivery and stacking at site inclusive of all taxes complete.

Labour charges for dumping and placing in position properly flled in Nylon crates with flled in H.D.P.E. bags (minimum 15 nos. ) with local earth or sand, sewing and tying the crate with nylon wire within a lead of 150 m. and all lifts in river slope orbed by cutting trenches up to 50 cms depth, if necessary, or by boat including cost of hire charges of boat with boatmen and other necessary equipments and also including cost of bags, carriage and charge of flling bags with earth / sand but excluding cost of nylon crate as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge. NB:- Volume of each earth/ sand flled bags should not be less than 0.0328 m3. Size of Nylon crate is 1.0 metre x 1.0 metre x 0.40 metre. b) Where boats are not necessary. Considering 85% flling of each bags for compacting in the crate for slope pitching as per guideline.

Supplying Nylon cage netting 1 metre x 1 metre x 1 metre size with knot having mesh size 17.5 cm x 17.5 cm constructed with nylon thread (210 x 24) having tensile strength not less than 250 Kg. / sq. cm. including carriage, delivery and stacking at site inclusive of all taxes complete.
