Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes, cables etc. ( not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as direct:

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:

1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying of 60mm thick factory made cement concrete Interlocking paver block M30 grade mix made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/ shape laid is required color and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand filling joint with coarse sand etc. all complete job.

FORM WORK:- Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and applying construction/ expension joint with combiflex system of 200mmx1mm fixed as per manufacture standred with epoxy with labour material carriage etc. complete job ( inner wall)

Providing fixing of 2mm x 200 mm aluminium strips to cover the aluminium joint in building which includs cost of aluminium 2 mm thick plate cutting 1 strips the drilling of holes in plate as wall as in walls /columns bending as per site requirment & then fixing the screws ( outer walls)

Providing and fixing aluminium frame 50mmx50mmx6mm to be fixed with floor by rebarring system & then welding up keeping the gap of 40 to 50mm flooring area to be providing with poly sulphide/ Gun grade /Pourable /treatment. The thickness of polysuphide shall be half of the width of expansion joint gap back fill joint with backing rod /foam to support the poly sulphide covering the expansion joint with aluminium chequrred aluminium plate 2.50mmx200mm duly screwed with angle.

Providing and fixing of 12mm thick prelaminated board for aluminium partition of approved shade, brand and manufacture as approved by manager incharge

Disposal of mulba , surplus excavation material laying at site by way of mechanical transport up to 5 km away from the site of work

Providing and fixing of 3mm thick ACP sheet of approved shade brand and manufacture as approved by site incharge

Actual labour engaged for cleaning of building by way of cleaning of all floor by using Brooms,brushes steel patti to remove all types of set martor in all floors, stairs , walls etc. washing of all floors with acid, water by using wipers brushes etc. & also removing mulba, garbage which was accumulate in building area during working period also top of roof area and building periphary ( to be paid as per actual at the time of excuation)

Actual mason & labour engaged for minor civil works ( As well as Electrified & Mechanical works ) in building floor and repairing plaster work, filling of khudda in all floors lifting of outer mulba all around building periphary area and repairing of tile work in old dental Hospital

15 mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick walls of mix 1: 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand )

Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (av) thick base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing, polishing and curing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket etc. complete with float glass pans of 8 mm thickness

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.) 22.1.1 For fixed portion22.1.1.1 Anodized aluminum (Anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1: 3 :6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete

Providing and laying of polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, inlinear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) laid and jointed with cement slurry ans pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polished etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 11.68.1 Polished Granite stone slab jet Block, Cherry Red, Elite Brown , Cat Eye or equivalent

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink & grey - primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard & softwood)
