Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS for one light/bell/buzzer point controlled by one switch or one fan point controlled by one switch & fan regulator with PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volt grade cable for phase & neutral drawn through & including PVC, rigid concealed conduit, heavy duty, 19/20mm dia, ISI marked, with and including new modular sunken boxes and suitable size of frame, cover for mounting switch, socket and regulator fixed on surface in touch with wall including 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded FRLS cable as earth wire and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed including cutting chases to wall and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing specifications complete all as specified.
