Provision of new wind direction indicator with frangible lattice structure mast at R.B. Airport, Bhopal

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 7.75 meter approx. Frangible lattice mast type Wind Direction Indicator with base hinge for aviation (colour red white) with external lighting arrangement, obstruction light (LED), wind cone as per ICAO, Annex - 14, chapter 5, section 5.1.1 requirement, FAA type L-807(L), style I - A, size 2 (AC 150/5345 - 27) and suitable RCC foundation including base plate and SS mounting, template, J-bolts, pipe for cable entry as recommended by the OEM of the Frangible lattice mast with base hinge complete etc. as required. (The lighting arrangement having LED flood lights (4 nos.) 30 W, each, 01 aviation light shall be suitable for working at 230V , 50 Hz AC supply). Complete as per Technical Specification.

Dismantling of existing Wind Direction Indicator from site and shifting the wind direction indicator to store/dismantle area as required by EIC.

Retrieving existing underground cable not exceeding 35sq.mm and DWC pipe not exceeding OD 63 mm by excavation in any kind of soil with depth upto 1.2 m including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with good soil after retrieval of cable/pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meters. Excavation shall be carried out by manual means wherever directed by AAI.

Laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc.. complete as required. (DWC pipe will be provided by AAI).Excavation shall be carried out by manual means wherever directed by AAI. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.4 X 10 sq. mm (25mm)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/META/DWC pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.3.5 X 35 sq. mm (32mm)

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe, including supply of 15mm dia G.I pipe, from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble, excavation and re-filling as required. .Excavation shall be carried out by manual means wherever directed by AAI.

Supply and laying of 50mm GI pipe (medium class) in ground upto 45 cm depth etc. complete as required.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineering- in-charge nominal concrete 1:2:4 or richer mix.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 cum coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for foundation etc including form work etc as required

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia (Drilling of 300 mm dia, 4.5 Mtr deep by using Borewell machine) including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Supply of Insulating mats as per IS 15652 having size 2.0 mm thick X 1.0 m width X 10 m long, of class: A, for working voltage upto 3.3 kV, colour - Black, antiskid design: dotted, should be CPRI certified.

Supply of Insulating mats as per IS 15652 having size 2.5 mm thick X 1.0 m width X 10 m long, of class: B, for working voltage upto 11.0 kV, colour - Black, antiskid design: dotted, should be CPRI certified.

Supply of Insulating mats as per IS 15652 having size 3.0 mm thick X 1.0 m width X 10 m long, of class: C, for working voltage upto 33.0 kV, colour - Black, antiskid design: dotted, should be CPRI certified.
