HEXAGONAL GAZEBO (SIZE OF GAZEBO:- 12 ft x 12 ft) ORNAMENTAL DESIGN C.I PILLAR Cast iron base pedestal with vertical fluted design having base width of size 225 mm x 225 mm and height 900 mm having 4 Nos. of size 20 mm drilled in the base, the top edge of pedestal having 3 Nos. holes drilled and taped for holding ‘M.S Pipe of size 89 mm and height 2550 mm. The central M.S pipe having cast iron capital suitably mounted at appropriate height. Complete as per design enclosed complete pillar suitably grinded, spray primered, dried & subsequently spray painted with two coats of enamel paints. SPANDREL & FRIEZES Floral and ornate, decorative design combination of spandrel and frieze, matched to be suspended between the two cast iron pillars. As per the design copy enclosed. The spandrel (L-Bracket) having length 475 mm and height 400 mm the frieze (Top panel) height 250 mm and length as per the size of the gazebo. The frieze properly welded to the column pillars at eight ends. Complete set of spandrel & frieze uniformly grinded , spray primered, spray painted with two coats of enamel paint. CAST IRON BASE PANELS WITH FRAME Floral and ornate decorative design cast iron side panels as per design copy enclosed, having overall height of 900 mm above ground level and length as per size of gazebo. Each panel top and bottom mounted with mild steel tubular pipe frame of size 40x25 mm. The bottom mild steel pipe giving three Nos. of hold fasts in ms pipe of size 40x40 and length 100 mm welded at the base to hold the panel in the ground. The complete panel grinded for neat surface finishes spray primered, dried and subsequently spray painted with two coats of enamel paint.

TOP FRAME WITH ROOF Top frame in ms tubular pipe of size 40x40 mm properly welded and grinded the top frame mounted with 20 gauge galvanized sheet of total width 180 mm bent to profile on either ends with clear width after installation of 140 mm, sheets fixed horizontally along the length between column pillars, each sheet painted in red color on both sides. Horizontally fixed G.I sheets top mounted with different profile G.I sheets all along six edges above the column pillars to hide the horizontal sheets. The roof pipe frames properly primered and painted in red colour. BASE PLATES 300mm x 300mm, Ms plate of thickness 8mm having 35x5mm angles each of length 600 mm welded at the four edges as hold fasts for to be grouted in to the ground. Each plate having a hold of size 12 mm drilled in the center of the plate.

SQUARE GAZEBO (SIZE OF GAZEBO:- 15ft x 15ft) BASE PLATES:- M.s plates of size 300 x 300mm and of thickness 8mm having M.s angle of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm, 450 mm long welded at four edge. And subsequently primered prior to fixing in C.C each plate having a hole of size drilled in the center. ORNAMENTAL DESIGN C.I PILLAR Cast iron base pedestal with vertical flutted design having base with of size 225 x 225 mm and height 900 mm having 4 Nos of holes. Of size 20 mm drilled in the base to put 4 Nos. fasts of size 15 mm thickness and 150 mm length, the top edge of pedestal having bore of 90 mm. For holding M.S pipe of size 89 mm and height 1700 mm. The central M.S pipe having cast iron capital suitably mounted at appropriate height. Complete as per design enclosed each capital having size of 235 x 235 mm at top and height 200 mm with central bore of 90mm. Complete pillar suitably grinded, spray primered, dried & subsequently spary painted with two coats of black enamel paints of approved color. SPANDREL & FRIEZES Floral and ornate, decorative design combination of spandrel and frieze, matched to be suspended between the two cast iron pillars. As per the design copy enclosed. The spandrel (L-Bracket) having length 475 mm. And height 400mm the frieze (Top Panel) height 250 mm and length as per the size of the gazebo. The frieze suitably filled with superior quality epoxy resin, subsequently finished for smooth surface finish. Frieze properly welded to the column pillars at eight ends and the joints subsequently filled with epoxy files to give neat finish to the weld joint. Complete set of spandrel 7 frieze uniformly grinded, spray primered, spray painted with two coats of enamel paint. of approved color.

CENTRAL CROWN Cast iron floral design central crown each of length 300 mm and height 75 mm suitably casted disc grinded and pin grinded to be fixed below the frieze between the two spandrels on either side.

S/F of garden bench (Victorian) both sides of garden bench are made of flora cast iron having back height of minimum 700mm and minimum seating height of 375 mm and both sides of garden bench is connected with MS tube of 65 mm x 25 mm sheet angular tube having width of 15-20 mm in 10 nos. for seating purpose with extra support 25 mm x 5 mm M.S. flat for extra stability all sharp and rough edges of bench are to be grinded with grinder and all fill up with M seal where if is required necessary. This bench is having the provision of hole fast system of for growing bench is complete with a cutting of 1st class Red oxide and with two coat of synthetic enamel of 1st class quality paint. Finally bench is assembled with nuts and bolts including all tax. The length of bench be 1500 mm & minimum overall weight not less than 70 kgs.

Providing stainless steel 3 (three) seater benches, benches shall be manufactured using Stainless Steel 304 grade conforming to IS:6911/ASTM A240/A240M. The 3 (Three) seater bench shall be with back rest, shall be manufactured using Stainless Steel 304 grade matt finished as per design. Stainless Steel sheet/ plate shall be of 16 gauge, round pipe shall be 50/40mm dia and 2 mm thickness, square pipe shall be of size 50mm x 50mm and 2 mm thickness, base plate shall be 8 mm thick and Stainless Steel fastener shall be of size 10mm x 100mm. The punching/ perforation in seating plate and back rest shall be done by Turret punching machine as per approved sample for punching pattern. All fabrication work shall be done on roller machine by CNC Laser cutting and Argon welding. The Argon welding shall be done by TIG (Tungsten inert gas) Arc welding method as per IS:9604. Joints shall be welded under controlled condition to avoid formation of crack and metal flow at welding point by using tungsten electrodes as per IS:13907 and SS304/SS304L grade filler material. Welds should be treated with K-2 solution. All the joints shall be finished and polished using automatic polishing machine to match with parent material.
