Taking down plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 for finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete the surface even and smooth without using extra cement in CM (1:4) Mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing finish on ceiling including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling including cornices, pilasters etc and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Complete removal of existing treatment of wall including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new decorated plastered surfaces of wall including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise description over 10cm width or girth and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour preparation of old steel surfaces and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint of any description over 10 cm width and girth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing treatment of any description and any layer from roof including scraping and roughening old by picking, sweeping clean and washing down and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for cement concrete using type BO 1:2:4 (12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material & labour for screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC Roof mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Material & Labour for preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particle and applying APP membrane HMHDPE 3 Kg plain (thickness 2.1 mm) (total weight of the finished membrane not less than 3.0 kg/ sqm ± 5 % per sqm) confirming to IS 16540: 2017 of following operation complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25⁰C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscosity 70-160 cps, laying over the primer coat using Butane Torch and sealing all joints, overlapping etc. as per Annex D of IS 16540: 2017 (b) Applying hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over primer. (c) Laying of polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not than 3 kg/Sqm. (d) Applying a coat of hot blow grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over APP membrane. (e) Applying aluminium paint in two coats @ 100gm/sqm in each coat of finished membrane surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in mass-concrete etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparing new plaster surfaces walls including chajjas, facias etc including filling of holes and applying 1.5 mm thick wall care putty as per manufacturer's instructions and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over a coat of primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing finish on walls including chajjas, facias etc. including filling of holes and applying 1.5 mm thick wall care putty as per manufacturer's instructions and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over a coat of primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.
