Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of the foundation including cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete with all other machineries required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from the working area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in foundation with 4cm nominal size of hand broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, and laying in postition in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with proper packing and ramming to proper slope and level including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, labour, T&P and all other materials required for the work, finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves and beads where ever necessary etc. complete in all respect as per the specification as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Fly ash brick work with in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and Plinth having crushing strength not less than 75.00 kg/cm2 immerging the bricks in water not less than six hours before use in masonary .with cost, conveyance royalties, all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Flyash brick masonary in cement mortar(1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in super structure using clamp burnt bricks of size (25 x 12 x 8 cm) having a crushing strength of not less than 50 Kg/Cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chmfering and corbelling watering and curing et complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M -25 in foundation , column, beam, slab using 12mm size h.g, C.B. broken hard granite chips of approved quality and from approved quary including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeeding 15cm thick to the required level ,ramming,watering and curing etc. including all cost of material, labour, with T&P and taxes of materials etc. required for work and as per direction of EIC. Plinth bend

Supplying fitting, with Straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) the HYSD steel and binding wires and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for R.C.C. works and for providing cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel including binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work etc. completefor ground floor or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm(1/2") thick cement plaster (1:6)in finished smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls after racking out joints including watering and curing etc.complete with cost, conveyance royalties, all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
